I love Mecca online and in store. They’re helpful (especially in store and they’ve always been polite at my local store) and have a good variety of products for different people whether it’s skin care, makeup and more!

Helpful staff and orders always come on time. Good product range as well and love the sustainable packaging.

Non existent customer service. Unable to contact by phone, emails & online
chats ignored. Totally unsatisfied, very poor!!! Lift your game Mecca.

The only fault was when i requested items are wrapped separate but they arent able to do that.

So disappointed with the online shopping process. It's been about 3 weeks since I bought an eyeliner online from Mecca, and haven't received it yet. Have never had such an experience anywhere else. Now Mecca will need another 5 business days (effectively, another week) to update Star Track enquiries...and who knows when I'm gonna get my money back or receive the item. Maybe just shift to Australia Post. They know they job well..

Awesome website! Have ordered a couple of times from them and they always process orders super fast. However if you choose the free optional gift packaging and include a gift note it does take longer, so if you want faster shipping please use the sustainable option! In my experience overnight shipping courier has been used to protect products from high temperatures or potential exposure so I usually receive orders within 2-5 working days from placing one. Can not recommend enough, great service!

Unhelpful and rude customer service. Lost parcel that took 3 weeks to get resolved with no apologies from Mecca. Not to mention, the product I initially ordered has been sold out. Don't recommend shopping online from them.

I got my make-up professionally done for a wedding at their store in Westfield Bondi Junction. Alison and Rommy are exceptional staff members. My make-up looked absolutely flawless and lasted the entire day. The girls are truly professional and really know their stuff. I HIGHLY recommend these amazing girls.

Really wonderfully packaged makeup. Only thing was i asked for 2 separate gift boxes but was all put together. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

The prices are higher than you’re average makeup store, but let me tell you, you really do get what you pay for. The staff are awesome, every single time I enter this store, they greet me with smiles from ear to ear, and are always willing to help. They put their customers first and it shows. They put so much pride and effort into everything they do. Would highly recommend this place!

Yes the prices are high compared to many other Australian beauty shops and they don't have sales as often as Sephora but the genuinely helpful service and quality of the advice given by the employees makes shopping at Mecca much more enjoyable.

The employees don't pressure you to buy products and that's very refreshing to other stores

Used to love Mecca and buy only from them all the time for years. But lately noticed that every time I go in to purchase a staple that I always use, the price on it rises more and more. I used to be a beauty loop level 3 but now I shop at Sephora or else where. If you guys think that by rising a price on something by $3 every month will be left unnoticed by your customers and at the same time not accepting afterpay because your too cool for it is just wrong. I won't be surprised if your business will go down hill in no time with this attitude.

Have used Mecca multiple times, have always found them to be excellent. Products are good, online shopping is easy to use, free gifts are always included, always packed very very well and nicely for gift purposes. Postage time is always very quick and should you need to return a good customer service is always helpful. Shopping with them is a simple delight.

Contacted Mecca customer support because of an issue with my order. They were very friendly and quick to help me out, no hassles at all.
