My brother who is deaf, non-verbal and has an Intellectual Disability, lives alone and though in an emergency he can contact me via sms the use of the SOS feature of the MediAlarm enables me to know where he is. This is particularly relevant as it would be unlikely that he would be able to give me his location if he was not at home. Initially he had the MediAlarm on the lanyard (along with a number of other items) so we were getting a number of false alarms. Now that he has the belt clip for his MediAlarm the false alarms have stopped.

The package did not include the instruction manual or the phone number of the device.

Quick and Easy process from order to delivery

Alarm purchased for our elderly mother. I’m impressed with the ability to have it work not just at home, the gps location, it’s lightweight, easy to wear and easy for her to operate and recharge. Arrived promptly. We have had 2x fall alerts when mum bent to take her shoes off too quickly!! Medialarm reset sensitivity, good to chat to on phone and prompt assistance. So far all good and very happy with our choice of alarm

My alarm arrived promptly even with Covid mail issues. I set it up myself after a phone call to find out where the phone number of the device was located.
Not much help being on the bottom of the box. It was easy to set up. I have a inserted cardiac device and was unable to find out from the sales person if the battery in the phone would have an effect on the functioning of that. I purchased a watch band which is so big that I am unable to use it.
Over all I’m satisfied with the device but have no use for the wrist band.

At this stage we can only comment on ordering & delivery. Ordering was quick & easy. All questions were answered asap & delivery was timely.

Ordered a new SIM card for 3G alarm. Order process was easy & delivery arrived as planned. Only issue was that no instructions were provided on replacing the SIM or how it works given it is not the same as a normal phone SIM, ie doesn't appear to be a related mobile number.

Very helpful sales staff. Quick delivery. Pendant was set up perfectly with contacts ready for use. The alarm is easy to use and perfect for the elderly.

Overall satisfied, however i had to call at to seperate occasions, after registration of emergency contacts which did not appear on device.
When the alarm was activated in error, no SMS messages were dispatched and the second contact was notified as my mobile number (1st contact) was initially incorrectly transcribed.
These queries were dealt with rapidly and by very kind an helpful operators.
