They have good prices and did ship order , but claimed 30 day return period .when you try and get in touch with them there is no reply to phone or email . stuck with a product that doesn't work for my elderly father . absolutely no communication

We ordered N95 masks from medicalsupplyall.com in 2022 with no problems and were quite pleased, so in Nov 2023 we ordered two more packages. We were charged for two packages but received only one. The other half of the order was on backorder and we were told it would ship a few weeks later. We never received a shipping notice on that 2nd package and it never arrived, so I sent an email in Feb 2024 to follow-up on status. I waited 2 weeks and got no response. I sent a 2nd follow-up email and the email bounced. That email address is still listed as being current on their company website. As a last attempt, I tried to contact the company via the Contact form on their website but every time I hit the Send button I got the message: "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." I refreshed the page several times with the same result. I do not expect to see my refund.

I purchased two new stairlifts from Med-Mart in Evendale that was installed on June 20, 2023. I asked before I decided to buy the new lifts how much a used one would cost. I was told around $4,000.00. I was told they would buy back by lifts when I no longer needed them.I bought the new lifts for $6,390.00. I called them on August 14 to let them know that we were moving and wanted to sell them the lifts that we only had for two months. I was told that they would give me a total of $600.00. When I reached out to them a few days later to let them know how terrible I thought this was, they then offered me $1,000.00. I think this is horrible!! Needless to say, I will not sell them the lifts back, nor will I shop there again. I'm sorry that I also bought a Zoomer for $2909.00 from them last month.

I absolutely love BNX N95 masks! They are so comfortable and breathable, which is really important when you're wearing them for long periods of time. They also give me peace of mind, knowing that I'm protected from any potential contaminants.

I was about to order some KF94 masks from medicalsupplyall.com, but I noticed there wasn't a lot of information about the the manufacturer of the masks (to prove authenticity). I sent an email asking for that information, otherwise asking for a refund if it was not available.
They started a refund without providing any requested information.
