This is not the first time that my order has arrived and was short on the count. I ordered and paid for 400 tablets and only received 250 tablets. No explaination as to why the order was not complete, as if you expectrd me not to notice that I only received a little over half of what I ordered. This is not acceptable and is no way to treat a steady customer. There are many competitors in the market and many other options available. Please rectify this situation immediately.

I've had several orders with Medicine Villa. They've been timely and accurate. I take Ivermectin and Fenbendazole on a maintenance basis daily for one month each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). I also keep enough on hand for a high dose regimen should the need arise. Hopefully it won't. I especially like that you started using Zelle as a payment mechanism.

Your prices went through the roof and your payment system is absolutely horrible. You should have stayed with PayPal. It was clean. It was simple. Your prices are now higher than I can pay right here in the country. In the world with the highest prices in the world, you are now the highest price. I actually ended up buying from a company in Dallas TelRX 1/4 the price you wanted. Bottom line, you changed your payment strategy. You changed your pricing strategy.You have lost a long term customer.

These folks have been great to work with. It has been a challenge to get payments approved by banks, etc., but they have been patient and helpful through it all. They are honest and keep their word to replace lost or damaged shipments. Very pleased and thankful!!
