I give them a 5 star. they replied to every question and got my order coming..I received the order in about 12 days nicely packaged and correct..the wise app to transfer funds was a little time consuming but worked great.please notify them email when funds are transferred to assure deposits correctly..service was exceptional and will not hesitate to use them.leave doctor questions blank and let them deal with it.hard to find meds are available here.I’m happy i found these guys through research.I have no concerns with future orders..Thanks so much.. I recently ordered from this online pharmacy and overall had a positive experience, which is why I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars. The products arrived exactly as described—genuine, high-quality, and well-packaged—with some of the most competitive prices I've seen online. However, I deducted one star due to a few with the website and delivery process. The site loads very slowly, making navigation kind of annoying. Browsing categories is especially annoying when there are more than 48 items, as the "Next page" button often doesn't work at all (I tried multiple browsers and devices with no luck), forcing me to rely entirely on the sorting function to try to sort through the items. On top of that, shipping took almost three weeks to reach the US, with minimal tracking updates along the way. Despite these issues, the product quality and pricing make it worth ordering again, and I'd easily bump this to 5 stars if they improved the site speed, fixed the broken pagination, and offered a better-tracked shipping options. Hope the team takes this feedback to heart!
Overall still a solid experience and I'll order again, but they could easily be a 5-star shop if they speed up the website and offer faster (or at least better-tracked) shipping options. Hope this feedback helps them improve!

I never received my package
I never received my package. Trying to pay for the order was also very difficult, lots of (very friendly) emails back and forth, and lots of fees (doubled the price for something I never received.) I’m sure it just got rejected by customs here in Europe. But I just wanted to warn anyone wanting to order from here - you may not get your order. And will have spent a lot of money for nothing.

I have not recieve my parcel yet. You sent it from India to Europe while you could send it from UK. Your support is good and active but it was not my expectence. I could order it from India easily and without your service but I trusted you that told you can send it from UK.

However, as clarified in our Delivery Policy, medicines shipped internationally may be subject to inspection, delay, or seizure by customs authorities in the destination country. Unfortunately, your parcel was seized by EU customs, and once this happens, it is beyond our control — we are legally unable to intervene, recall, or redirect the shipment.
We also understand your expectation regarding UK dispatch. While we do have partnered pharmacies in the UK, dispatch locations depend on product availability, stock, and legal import/export regulations. In your case, the specific product was only available from our India-based licensed pharmacy.
As per our shipping terms, which you accepted during checkout, customs seizures are not covered for return or replacement. This policy ensures compliance with international pharmaceutical regulations.

Placed a small order. Package arrived. I think they are legit
I was extremely skeptical Medzme, but I was desperate since my usual online pharmacy had run out of a critical medication.
Short version: I placed a decent size order with them and I did recieve a package with pills! The pills seem legit. I endorse them just be sure to place a small order with them first and report any issues you find here.
Long Version:
I placed a decent size order with them and their support contacted me one of the meds in my order was out of stock. That was a good sign in my eyes. They told me my option was replacing the med that was out of stock for a different med. I did as such.
A few days passed by and they were radio silent so I reached out and asked the status of my order. A day or so later their support replied that they were sorry for the delay and that my order was shipped. They also gave me a tracking number.
I checked the order status every few days and at one point the status showed that the order had been "returned" to India after having been reported to have reached New York. Needless to say, this was very weird and I figured I was not getting my package.
But the package arrived anyways a few days later.
Unless they've delivered me fake pills which I do not believe they've done at all, MedZMe has done a fantastic job and I am glad I can endorse them in this review.

Scam/fraud
Scam/fraud. First time getting scammed, paid 40 dollars for expedited shipping to just to hear a sorry you didnt get your stuff but we dont do refunds 3 months after purchase.

I'm sure Medzme is wonderful, but it didn't work for me.
Medzme was very quick to respond to my emails, so I'm happy with that part of the customer service. But I never received the product. Though Medzme was very quick to respond it was only to tell me to contact the shipper. I contacted UPS who gave me conflicting excuses about it failing customs and then telling me it was an address issue but for the real answer I was to contact their subcontracted shipper Aramex in India and that's when it all fell apart. No response at all from Aramex. All this for an over the counter product too. If this somehow works out, I'll edit this review. Medzme is a good company. It's just the process that is a problem because of the weird medical system in the US.

Unfortunately, since we did not receive the required documents within the customs deadline, the shipment was automatically disposed of by the authorities.
