Fast delivery, very transparent Communication.
After 2 weeks of using 1% Retinol light: Product causes purging, indicating that it does its job Very little dryness, can be easily compensated with a moisturizer. Will keep on using it.

Happy with service
Happy with service. The products recommend great so far. Travel range actively offered which was great as now I get to try out the products before investing in full size. This to me showed that they put what is in the best interest of the customer at the heart of the service. Communication given the COVID19 environment was also great.

fast and efficient. When my product arrive there was Instructions provided which was great.

Great customer service
Great customer service: they think along, are really friendly and the response time is super short! Also a great range of brands! The package was send the next day (unfortunately the Dutch processing centre isn’t that quick 😂). Definitely going to order more on Medifine!

Excellent customer service and delivery
Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the product range (I purchased the Julia Hunter Skin Therapy range). Current website for online orders is not user friendly, hence the 4 stars but apparently this will be improved over the coming months. Also fastest delivery service I’ve encountered so thank you Medifine!
