I booked an appointment with Dr Hegazy and his team for a cyst removal on the back side of my head. It had been bothering me for some time and had gotten big. From the moment I walked in I was made feel comfortable. The staff are all totally professional and I was at absolute ease throughout the whole procedure. Dr Hegazy gave me a local anesthetic and the whole procedure was done and dusted within 1hr. After my procedure i was informed on how to look after and care for the wound until it got better. After 1 week i was back in to get the stitches out, and everything was perfect, you wouldn't even know i had it done. Im so happy.. I highly recommend Dr Hegazy and his team for all procedures their professionalism, knowledge and after care is outstanding. Thank you so much.

I had a cyst removal procedure here. The cyst itself was on my neck under my chin so I was really nervous about the procedure. However, i can recommend the staff here enough they made the whole process so smooth and really put me at ease through the whole thing. 10* from me

Dr. Hegazy was amazing. Had a mole removal. Answered any questions, asked multiple times was I okay or if the pain was uncomfortable. Process was also very smooth, was in and out. Got an appointment within 5 days. Consultation done on the day so less time taken off work! His receptionist Sheilan was also amazing. So kind and calming, talking me through everything and keeping me relaxed.

Wonderful medical practice run by Dr Hegazy and his team. Holly on reception is the first you meet and she ensures that everything goes smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Hegazy is an amazing doctor and skilled surgeon. He is thorough, professional and takes great care performing minor surgical procedures on site in his small in house theatre . I have had 3 separate surgical procedures performed by Dr Hegazy over the past 6 months, all in house , obviating the need for hospital day care. Procedures are fast and painless with excellent aftercare and for me barely visible scarring on my face following surgery. The Clinic is very orderly and you are seen at your appointed time, no delays . Costs are far less than hospital day care and to finish off the experience there is the Beacon Hospital Cafe adjacent to the clinic where you can have a coffee before you hit your commute. Dr. Hegazy is a gentleman and explains everything in detail, never a rush. Excellent service at Medix and congrats to Dr. Hegazy and his team there.

I recently had a small cyst removed from my eyebrow which I have had for about 10 years. I had googled minor surgeries and found Medixclinic. The reviews were very good and I contacted the clinic and spoke to a lovely lady. I felt reassured and booked online and a week later had my consultation with Dr. Hegazy. A very qently spoken gentleman. He checked out the cyst and said he would be able to remove it there & then. I was able to get the stitches removed by my local doctor which saved me travelling back to Dublin a week later. I am based in Wexford. I was delighted with how it all went, hardly any mark left. I would definitely highly recommend.

A got a keloid removed about a month ago - Dr El sayed Hegazy did an excellent job of removing this, it was also better value than a lot of other consultants I had researched. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Hegazy removed a sebaceous cyst from my head. I had it for a few years and recently it grew a lot and started to bother me a lot. My GP sent a referral letter to a dermatology clinic a year and a half ago and I'm still waiting... I made an appointment with the Dr. for a consultation and I was sern the same week. He removed the lesion immediately, after a week I returned to have the stitches removed. After a few weeks the Dr. called me, assuring me that the removal was harmless and asking how I feel. Very professional doctor and a very nice lady at the reception. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Higazy. Despite waiting 45 minutes to be seen, he spoke rudely and showed no respect during the appointment. He openly complained about being tired and not having breaks, which led to him cutting my consultation short and telling me to leave in an unprofessional and loud manner. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and respect. This experience has made me decide to change doctors, as I expect better care and professionalism from a healthcare provider.”

My family needed some minor surgery done. The Medix Clinic is very efficient with no waiting lists. We got an appointment within days. It offered a free consultation before we made up our minds about having the surgery. Very reasonable cost too. Dr. Hegazy is an excellent GP/surgeon and very professional at all times. His work on us was of an excellent standard and I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you so much Dr. Hegazy!

He was very friendly and gentle. Procedure not sore at all and very quick. My only qualm is the extortionate prices he charges.

I am grateful to Dr. Hegazi for the excellent and carefully done work. I had a lipoma on my eyebrow with a diameter of 2 centimeters removed. The operation itself and the postoperative process were painless and had no consequences. The scar is almost invisible, as it was masterfully cut and sewn. I highly recommend this clinic, as it employs real professionals in their field. Thank you for the great job.

I had a small cyst removed on my face. It was in a very visible location so I was nervous that there would be a scar. The procedure was quick and painless and I couldn’t get over the results. There is barely even a mark left. Amazing job, I highly recommend.
