There is no timeline given when you place the order. I expedited my order not knowing it is still under fulfillment. Terrible expectation management.

Hi Yousuf,
I am sorry to hear that you are not happy. We do state on the website for the product that you ordered before you placed the order, that it is a special order item as it is customised to your requirements, and it will usually dispatch in 10 working days.
The expedited shipping you chose is from when we send the item out to yourself.
We apologise if this was not clear enough on the website.
Thanks

Fantastic service !
I ordered 3 lamps for a projector on Monday the 4t of March at 3pm. They arrived on Tuesday at 1 pm, within less than 24 hrs. Genuine Osram lamps, made in Germany, well packed. The price was the lowest I could find and the cost for courier delivery was only 7 Pounds. What more can you ask for ? This kind of service is exemplary, I can highly recommend this supplier. Thank you very much indeed !
