We are terribly sorry to hear about your service and that our delivery partner did not hit the mark this time.
We are still working with our partner to get to the route of the issue with your delivery, and understand why they are struggling with this shipment to the Middle East at this time.
A member of the team will be in contact with you in due course with further updates.
