I wanted to order high fluoride…
I wanted to order high fluoride toothpaste as recommended by my cancer care nurse. However, I was asked to provide a copy of my passport or driving licence. Really? Just for toothpaste. I have since purchase from another online pharmacy where this was not requested. I cancelled the order and have received a refund so thank you for that.

Thank you for your feedback. The toothpaste you requested is a Prescription Only Medicine which means it is compulsory for an online pharmacy to complete an identity check. Our system to complete identity checks does require you to upload valid documents so we can verify each patient. Identity checks for all prescription medicines is a regulatory requirement from the General Pharmacuetical Council. We understand this may cause inconvenience at times however we pride ourselves in high standards and full compliance with our regulator, therefore we have these processes in place.
