Excellent support and experience with MEDSU

I have had a very positive experience with MEDSU. From the beginning, the team has been professional, supportive and approachable, and I have always felt that I could reach out when I needed help.

I particularly appreciate how straightforward their systems and technology are to use, as well as the guidance and support provided throughout the appraisal process. The team has made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable.

I would definitely recommend MEDSU to other doctors looking for a supportive and reliable appraisal and revalidation service. Thank you to the whole MEDSU team for your help and support

Great service

The forms, what they call the MAP, is a bit complicated and repetitive as prescribed by the General Medical Council, but MEDSU offer a service whereby, given the raw data, they will complete all the paperwork.
The appraiser will, at the end, advise on what could be done to facilitate the exercise next year.
The whole appraisal and revalidation scheme is a total waste of time but, at least MEDSU minimises the frustration of completing such rubbish.

Gratitude for a Supportive and Insightful Appraisal at Medsu

I was appraised in December 2025 by Dr Muhammad Noor, Respiratory Consultant from Manchester Royal Infirmary.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Medsu Staff and for Dr Noor’s professionalism, care, and thoroughness demonstrated throughout my appraisal. The process was conducted with great clarity, respect, and attention to detail, creating a constructive and supportive environment for reflection and professional development.

The feedback provided by Dr Noor was thoughtful, balanced, and encouraging, and I am grateful for his time to understand my professional journey and future aspirations. The appraisal was both reassuring and motivating, and it has been a valuable opportunity to reflect on my progress and goals.

Highly recommended.

Doing my appraisals with MEDSU for many years now. Always supportive, professional and 'ahead of the curve' of regulatory process developments, if compared to some other offers on the market. A clear focus on getting things right without being over-zealous. Reasonable fees for the quality you get. Have witnessed a continuing investment into people, processes, procedures and technology, making appraisals less time-consuming, more supportive and more 'real-time'. Last, but not least, always somebody at the end of a telephone line, if needed!
Have recommended MEDSU to colleagues many times.

Reflection on my Appraisal.

The time for the appraisal was mutually agreed with me to avoid any inconvenience and gave me plenty of time to upload my documents.
The MEDSU staff were readily available to answer any questions and direct me to the right places, if needed.
My Appraiser was very experienced, professional and full of empathy and compassion and gave me plenty of time to explain aspects of my reflections.
