Good morning Mel, I have looked into your order and can see that our pharmacist had tried to contact you by phone to discuss your order - the item you had tried to purchase was not suitable and as such we could not dispense the item. The order was cancelled and money refunded.

The reason for the failed delivery was because you did not provide a correct or complete delivery address, Royal Mail therefore returned the item. We send every order by a recorded delivery option so you can easily track the parcel. I understand our pharmacy team have dispensed a new item to you now that you have updated your address.
