Medusa Auto Detailing Opiniones

Lewis arrived before the appointment time, so the experience was already off to a great start.
Once he arrived, Lewis was very courteous and friendly, as well as carrying out a great job on the New Car Protection detailing that I had requested. Helped remove some marks that had etched in to the top coat and was done in line with the scheduled finish time. He clearly has a passion for detailing as well as cars.
Overall, very satisfied with the service carried out and will be a repeat customer for detailing with Medusa and Lewis.

Booked a new car detail. Easy to do on the website and easy to fix date and time. Lewis is a first class operator and did an A+ job. Happy to use them again.

They Were Puntual And Left My Car Spotless, Leo Was Very Polite And Great To Deal With. Highly Recommend.

Leo took great care and attention to detail. I am very pleased with the result. Would definitely use again.

I recently had Medusa Auto Detailing come to my home for an exterior wash on my AMG, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Leo, who did the wash, was excellent, professional, thorough, and genuinely passionate about what he does.

It’s not easy finding a mobile detailing service that’s both reliable and meticulous, and even harder to find someone you feel confident trusting with your pride and joy. Leo ticked all the boxes, he treated the car with real care and attention.

Highly recommend Medusa and Leo if you’re looking for top-quality service and peace of mind.

Leo was a gentleman did a fantastic job 10/10 would highly recommend 👏 👌

Exceptional service - easy and professional booking system, fantastic communication with reminders and check ins on the day, really thorough cleaning service that removed all the mould from my car and dealt with a difficult water issue, very friendly team, 10/10 highly recommend!!

Excellent Vallet service .
Very pleased and I appreciate that it’s on time and as requested

These guys' attention to detail goes beyond the outstanding clean and detailing - their customer service is excellent too.
Punctual, professional, passionate about cars. I've used a few other services in the past and none of them came close to these guys. The price is fair for the service they offer.

Great detailing and valeting service by Lewis on my Hyundai. It was so sparkling and gorgeous, I fell in love with my car again. Amazing attitude, listened to all my concerns and what I'd like to have done, and got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. Can't wait to see them again.

Leo done an excellent and thorough job on the Premium Interior Wash and managed to make the car look brand new again. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service, very honest and professional

Super valet experience from Lewis - did a great job inside and out. Had some tough staining and smells and none apparent after the visit. Great customer service and easy booking. Can’t recommend highly enough - 5 stars!

Great experience from booking through to completion. The quality of the clean was excellent and Leo was polite and very professional.

Friendly, great communication about flexing the scheduled time and a great job. Thank you

I had the pleasure of having Lewis clean my car, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only did he do an outstanding job, but his attention to detail was exceptional. My car looks spotless, and he even took extra care to ensure everything was perfect. On top of that, Lewis’s attitude was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his work. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of how great he was. Highly recommend!

Really friendly guy and an amazing job on the car. It looks and smells as good as new. I am so happy with the results and will definitely use again-thank you!

The company was very helpful and worked very thoroughly and my car is gleaming! Very friendly and will 100% recommend!

Leo was really professional and did a fantastic job on a full valet for my Ford Focus estate and completed it to a very high standard whilst taking good care of the vehicle throughout.

Would highly recommend for valeting services in West London and surrounding areas.
