Simple, easy, free. My 3 favorite things.

The deleted the savings account by mistake and then gave me a measly $25 Amazon gift card. And now when I try to add money to a new UGMA account, it’s saying I have to connect my bank. My checking account is already linked. I tried to deposit $1000 last week and it failed but I have the funds. Getting in contact with anyone is frustrating because they take forever and don’t even respond after seeing messages.

This process is easy to use and straightforward.

I have 8 grandchildren and my husband and I wanted to do something financial for all of them. We decided to try Fabric by Gerber considering we could set up recurring monthly contributions and the money would be invested for us. Good thing I only started with 3 of them before setting up 8 accounts. The customer service is nonexistent. You would think that company is a 100% profit billionaire club by the lack of care for customers. Please do not be fooled by the good reviews. I don't know where those are coming from but I don't believe they are real. The bad reviews are the real deal. We are all experiencing the same bad, negligent, careless no-service treatment. I am so disappointed because this is exactly what I was looking for. Instead of the constant headache, I have decided to close all accounts now and move the money into Treasury Direct, purchasing bonds for the kids. This will still allow for interest accrual and when I have a question or need help, I'm able to get that assistance within minutes. Let's see how difficult it is going to be to get MY MONEY back from them out of those accounts, and back into my bank account to invest WISELY. Take my advice and do not invest with Fabric by Gerber. You are only asking for trouble and you will have yourself to blame when it all goes bad. Good luck to you all!

Very easy and straightforward

I'm so glad I found this! The information for completing my Will was clear, concise, and incredibly helpful—especially in understanding what I'll need to have ready. Great resource!

Fabric by Gerber Life has an unreliable website that constantly crashes and will not allow me to update my payment information. There is no way to speak to a live person—only an option to leave a message for a callback. The system directs you to the website’s “live chat” for faster help, but the chat only states they will respond within 12 hours, which is not live support. I’ve been trying to contact Fabric by Gerber Life since January 21 with no success.

Everything was super easy and free!! They asked all the necessary questions this was perfect for me to secure my wishes after passing!

This is what I was looking for, simple and free. I would like the same thing for a trust.
