Submitted a life insurance application…
I submitted a request for a life insurance quote with your company back in June. I already have coverage through another provider, so I understand the application process can take some time. However, it’s now been over a month, and the issue isn't the wait it’s the complete lack of communication.
I’ve left multiple voicemails, sent several emails (including checking my spam folder), and even messaged your online chat portal all with no response. Every phone call goes straight to voicemail, and I have not received a single follow-up.
If it's this difficult to reach someone during the application stage, I’m seriously concerned about what would happen in a real emergency. Delays like this could leave families without help when they need it most.
I'm going to give them a couple more days to see if not cancel my application.
