What can I say because I have never given a one star review anywhere before, so this makes me very sad. We had to end our collaboration in Bol.com after 3 months. Initially we thought this was because of lack of sales, but later we found out that Meezy had broken up their agreement with their 3PL in Netherlands after 1 month of our collaboration. Unfortunately, they never told us anything about it, so it was after termination when we found out that for 2 months they were not only being able to sell our products in Bol.com, but what is even worse is that now after 2 months from termination we still have our inventory stuck in Netherlands and we have no idea if we will ever get that inventory back. Really, stay away from this company... I really wish I had know this before. The craziest thing was that our account manager Aly M. actually asked us to refill more (and blamed low sales due to lack of products), when he perfectly knew that they are unable to sell anything...

We were promised big results and bimonthly payments. Within the 6 month period we never saw any payments.

At first they messed up with their profit calculation and said that every sale we made cost us actually 2 euros and after fixing that we still did not receive any payments. We paid them so much money and later they promised to pay at least part of the sum after I shipped all my products out, but after 1.5 months they dont even answer on Slack anymore.

I would be really careful.

The Meezy team have been excellent in the onboarding process, very accommodating of our requirements, and so far the account manager has provided highly professional and excellently detailed information and reports of Amazon cases, queries and outcomes. Very happy with the service thus far.

Meezy has been a great partner in helping us expand into European marketplaces. Their team handled everything from listings and translations to PPC and account management, which saved us a lot of time and effort.

What stood out most is their knowledge of marketplace algorithms and their hands-on approach. We started seeing improvements in our listings and sales within a relatively short time. Communication is smooth, and they are always willing to answer questions and suggest improvements.

My experience with Meezy started with some challenges, mainly around billing clarity and the level of delivery during the initial phase.

Before signing, I understood the subscription to be “cancellable month by month,” which was an important factor in my decision. In practice, there seemed to be some misalignment on this point later on.

In terms of the service itself, there were ongoing discussions around PPC, listings, and A+ content, and some initial work was shared (such as art direction for one SKU). However, during that period I didn’t yet see a fully completed and operational setup come together.

There were also a few rescheduled or cancelled meetings, which meant that most communication around timelines and progress happened in writing.

Resolution

After raising my concerns, the CEO reached out to me directly, which I genuinely appreciated.

I appreciate the direct involvement from management and the effort made to resolve the situation.

Overall, while the start was challenging, I value the way the situation was handled once escalated.

Absolute scam. They didn't deliver on a single promise they've made. Didn't meet the go live deadline (missed by 3 months, despite crucial holiday season). For 4 months they didn't make up sales to even cover the subscription fee. Total waste of money. Zero control over what's being done, close to zero reporting. We've wasted thousands of euros for nothing and were one the verge of suing.

I did schedule the “review” call but your head of whatever never joined in and didn’t bother replying back.
Also, I’ve been selling those same mugs for close to 30 years and they sell very well. Nonetheless never ever have you said that such a product is a difficult sell, on the contrary, you have from the very beginning encouraged me to move forward with your company.

We have been working with the team at MEEZY for about 1.2 years now. The experience has exceeded our expectations and we truly feel that we have a great partner and finally an ability to scale our brand (Beverly hills) on amazon. From the initial call with Basiel, to working with the onboarding team, to now dealing with our main day to day contacts, we have comfort that we are on a path to success. The ability to be hands off and out of the weeds allows us to focus on producing quality product and launching more skus to build out our product lines. We continue to be presented with ways to 'level up' and the weekly calls help to maintain a high sense of urgency and focus. We are seeing great results and are focused on continuing to grow sales at a lower ACOS. Extremely knowledgeable folks, no question goes unanswered. Thank you guys for treating our brand as if they are yours. We look forward to a long partnership.

An marketplace agency that understands the needs of marketplace sellers. I have sold and managed bol & Amazon selling accounts for 7+ years.
