Meezy heeft onze volledige marketplace operations overgenomen voor Maxpro Hair & Mohi.

Ze hebben 5x marketplaces overgenomen en alles loopt heel vlot met onze account manager Marc.

De logistieke proces lopen vlot, ze hebben alle designs, storefronts en A+ volledig opnieuw gedaan waar we heel tevreden over zijn.

Voor iedereen, ik raad Meezy ten zeerste aan - De communicatie is scherp en wij krijgen snel een antwoord of update wanneer nodig en wekelijks zitten we samen om de next steps te bespreken.

I started this collaboration 4 months ago and we already managed so many changes and tried so many strategies to improve our sales. We immediately got more keywords tracked and ranking has improved immediately. I believe they know everything you need to know to manage marketplace accounts succesfully. Superb!!

Meezy heeft Ekster geholpen met de groei op Europese marktplaatsen. Het belangrijkste doel was de producten te activeren op Amazon en Ekster bekender maken op Bol. De communicatie verliep goed en het team was altijd daar om te ondersteunen.

Meezy deploy a relatively painless onboarding process, using technology to optimise their bespoke process efficiencies. The Meezy Team know their stuff and they respond to both challenges and opportunities as any good supply partner should! Account management is also refreshingly professional!

Meezy made it easy to get connected to online marketplaces that I just don't have time to deal with. They handled all the translating, graphics, and optimization.
They also worked with me as a small start up to make it attainable.

For anyone that wants to have off Amazon sales in the EU then these are the guys to speak to. They make you feel that you are their only client so the attention that we got, far exceeded our expectations. We have been working with them for several months now and their level of service and response times have never wavered so they know how to treat their customers well. Just remember that good working relationships are a 2 way thing so we do our bit and they manage the rest and we both benefit from this and the revenue stream from Meezy is growing every month.

Mijn ervaring met Meezy was helaas verre van bevredigend. Dit bedrijf beloofde veel, zoals maar leverde weinig tot niets. Ze vroegen geld vooraf via KMO, maar na betaling stopte de communicatie en de dienstverlening.

Het klantenserviceproces was ook teleurstellend. Pavlos, die klanten op een vriendelijke manier binnenhaalt stond in scherp contrast met de opvolging van van het project. Wanneer ik zelf contact opnam om te vragen of er nog iets zou gebeuren, werd ik uitgescholden.

Het weinige werk dat ze leverden, zat vol fouten - tekst, foto’s, links, spelfouten en werd volledig foutief, wanordelijk en zonder revisie op 2 van de 15 beloofde Marketplaces geüpload.

Deze onprofessionele aanpak leidde, na tal van pogingen, tot een rechtszaak waarin ik volledig in het gelijk werd gesteld. Ik accepteerde een terugbetalingsplan met maandelijkse betalingen, maar zelfs dit werd niet uit zichzelf nagekomen. Ik moest hen acht keer aanmanen om de betalingen te ontvangen.

Kortom, mijn ervaring met Meezy was zeer teleurstellend en ik zou dit bedrijf nooit aanbevelen. Het gebrek aan professionaliteit en respect voor klanten is zorgwekkend en heeft geleid tot een vreselijke en slepende ervaring. Oplichters van de bovenste plank! NIET DOEN!
