This is our third order with Megacart and a feedback is long overdue. After the first order we were pleased with the service and recommended Megacart to family and friends. This is a unique service for Indian grocery and if the organise themselves and manage to give an efficient service then I can see a future for this business. The biggest criticism I have is the lack of popular brands and the poor and erratic delivery service. We placed an order on Saturday morning and it’s Monday late afternoon and we are still waiting for our delivery. We were promised that the grocery would be delivered on Sunday however it is now Monday and we are still waiting !

After reading my review above the CRM manager rang me to apologise for the late delivery and has assured me that my feedback has been taken on board and that they will put a process in place so that similar problems do not occur again. The manager’s response has definitely restored my faith in their customer service and I shall place use their services again.

I have ordered couple of times from mega cart and it was delivered within a day. All products are packed nicely and cold products are packed separately with ice pack. Surely found a good indian online store.

This is a second time I have ordered from Mega-Cart this year. Their service is excellent. The packaging is very good. There’s a cool bag for the veg and perishables, all well packed. I am extremely happy with my fresh stock of vegetables, which included Gunda’s, raw mangoes, green aubergines and Matoke. Their customer service is brilliant. I had ordered some fresh Tuwer, however, they contacted me to let me know they didn’t have good quality in stock and refunded me promptly. Mega-Cart’s primary aim isn’t profit, I felt they put quality and customer before profit.
I would definitely use them again, and recommend them.

I was disappointed with first order and gave an average review but the team contacted me to understand the issue I had with first order. This shows that they have customer satisfaction at the heart of their business policy and want to create a loyal customer base which is really good to see. My second order was perfectly packed and quality of food was really good. I will definitely buy from them again and again.
