Poor customer service.
Customer service and founder are not responding to emails. They are communicating an order will be shipped out within two business days when in reality it took 15+ days. When asking for cancellation while the order is on hold, customer service and founder are not responding to emails.

I’ve been using the product for a little while now and I’m genuinely really happy with it. It fits very naturally into my everyday work routine and I’ve already found myself using it consistently.

The quality feels great, it’s practical and easy to integrate into my setup, and overall the experience with the brand has been very positive so far.

Definitely a product I’m enjoying much more than I expected, and I’m looking forward to continuing to use it! 🤍

I received the lovely pink case in a beautiful cotton bag, well packaged and in good time. The video showing how to utilize the ergonomic stand was useful, and I have immediately seen the effects of sitting upright while writing. No dowager’s hump for me!
This will be great for travelling, as well. I am very impressed with this product.

Simple, classy yet functional design

Die Qualität dieser Hülle ist außergewöhnlich – sie fühlt sich weich und luxuriös an und bietet gleichzeitig einen hervorragend schützenden Innenraum für meinen Computer. Die Handballenauflage ist angenehm und perfekt proportioniert, sodass sie ebenso funktional wie schön ist. Besonders gefällt mir das minimalistische Design: dezent, elegant und für mich die Definition von „Quiet Luxury“. Ich habe schon so viele Komplimente dafür bekommen.

The idea is great, but the execution is not. Unfortunately, neither my personal mac or work thinkpad will stay up with the magnet strength. Return process is hard, its relatively impossible to return for the full refund because you have to pay for shipping internationally. I tried one of their other compromise options, but have now been ghosted for 3+ days.

I ordered the 15-16" ONYX ERGO SLEEVE for my iPad and I absolutely love it. It fits well and makes it so much easier when I'm working on the road.

The sleeve is perfect, very good quality, the navy blue colour is beautiful. The service of Meine Studios is excellent, good communication and fast delivery. Unfortunately I have only one laptop, otherwise I would buy more sleeves. Although... may be an other colour to change from time to time might be a good idea! :-)

I’ve purchased this item multiple times—both for myself and as gifts—and I’ve recommended it to so many people. It is easily one of the most practical, affordable, and aesthetically pleasing products I’ve found, especially for someone like me who is constantly traveling from office to office with a laptop.

My laptop is with me all the time, and being hunched over it for hours was really starting to take a toll on my neck, posture, and wrists. Since using this, I’m able to work much more comfortably while keeping my laptop at a better height and maintaining proper posture. My neck no longer hurts, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my wrist discomfort as well.

It’s lightweight, functional, great quality, and actually looks nice enough to carry around every day. I genuinely think this is one of those products you shouldn’t wait to buy—it has made such a difference in my workday and is absolutely worth it!

I love it! Game changer. I’ve tried different ways for my laptop to be comfortable and this is a sleeve and a very comfortable worktop that is ergonomic. I wish I would’ve found this sooner. The leather is beautiful very well-made.

I’m very pleased with my experience with Meine Studios.
The ERGO SLEEVE is thoughtfully designed, practical, and feels like a high-quality product. I was also impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the team, and I especially appreciated that Olivia, the founder, personally followed up to make sure everything was going well with my order.

The only area that could be improved is the delivery time to the U.S. Since the product is shipped internationally, the transit time is relatively long. I believe having some inventory or fulfillment capability within the U.S. would make the overall customer experience even better.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service and would be happy to recommend Meine Studios.

Got it for my husband as our first wedding anniversary gift and we’re obsessed! He loves it!!!
