This product (the laptop sleeve) is terrible. It is made of tacky plastic exuding a bad chemical smell, and it does not function as advertised (as others have noted, it’s made of floppy plastic and does hold up the laptop well). They are an aggressive and clever but untrustworthy online retailer. They flagrantly contradict their own return policy unless you force them to follow it. I was strangely offered a 50% refund (no return required) when I submitted a return request and at the same time told that while I could return the item, shipping cost to Europe (it had come from China and I am in the US) was my responsibility and that cost, with duties, might mean I get no money back at all. Or maybe only a little money. What? This was bizarre. Do not believe their promise of risk free returns, and avoid them; do not fall for the trap.

Love this product. It looks pretty while also being functional. Very happy I made the purchase. Customer service and the owner were very responsive and sweet too.

My purchase was super quick to arrive, looks exactly like the photo and I also received cable management clips and pouch which I wasn't expecting!! This case has been amazing for me as I travel weekly for work, it's function does everything it claims to do and I honestly love it! I use it everyday now and have been for the past month! High quality, beautiful and functional.

We love those pockets, very usuful and comfortable. Very great for working from everywhere :)

Item is flimsy and not as i had expected. Bought for a gift and it’s not fit for purpose. It’s not solid and you have to mess around to get it to hold together. I contacted for a full refund and the email advised that if I return it I could incur import fees and this will be deducted from the money I get back. Email stated that the refund could be zero. That’s not really acceptable. Definitely not worth even half the money of the £80. It’s a £10 item at best. Very disappointed. I guess I shouldn’t buy things I’ve seen on instagram.

I purchased the Meine Studios ERGO laptop sleeve, and it took around 11 days to arrive in Singapore.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the product. Although there are many similar ERGO laptop sleeves available on other platforms at lower prices, I chose Meine Studios because of the good reviews.

My first impression of the sleeve was good. I like the soft leather-like material, which gives it a premium and luxurious feel. The stitching along the edges is neat and well finished. One small improvement would be to add a brand label or printed logo on the inner material, as this could make the overall design feel even more refined and premium.

I also like the concept of transforming a laptop sleeve into an ergonomic laptop stand. It is a smart and practical idea, especially for improving posture while working. However, there are a few areas that could be improved.

Firstly, as mentioned in some other reviews, the folded parts are not as sturdy as expected. After using it myself, I agree that the magnets could be stronger to hold the folded sections more securely when the laptop is placed on top.

Secondly, I understand that different laptop thicknesses can affect how the laptop sits and levels on the wrist panel. The welcome QR code was helpful, especially with the “pen trick” suggestion to place a pen in front of the laptop to help level it. However, I feel this could be further improved by reviewing the angle and support design of the wrist panel itself, so users do not need an additional object to achieve better positioning.

Another point to consider is maintenance. When using the sleeve on café tables or other shared surfaces, I noticed that the bottom of the sleeve can get dirty quite easily. It would be helpful if the product came with a small cleaning cloth, or if the material and colour options were reviewed to make the sleeve easier to clean and maintain over time.

Overall, the Meine Studios ERGO laptop sleeve is a stylish, thoughtfully designed, and well-made product with a premium feel. I like the material, packaging, and ergonomic concept. However, I think the magnetic stability, wrist panel angle, and ease of cleaning could be improved to make the product even better.

Everything has been great and the product is FANTASTIC! I have two computers from different sizes, and bought one ERGO SLEEVE for each (one in blue and the other in grey), and it’s been an amazing decision! Now I cannot work without them 🥰❤️

I used to carry around a laptop stand, and a mini keyboard, but it was too heavy and occupied a lot of space in my handbag.
This product has been a lifesaver 🙌🥳

The colors are lovely, the material is so nice and soft to the touch, and very elegant too!

The staff at Meine are lovely! You can really tell they are passionate about what they do and really want to improve their business. I gave them some feedback suggestions and they showed a lot of appreciation for it. They listened and sent back a very nice and personalised email, best customer experience I’ve ever had. So pleased I bought this. Alongside being a very smart item it is, more importantly, extremely effective. I’ve had problems with pain in my wrists recently when using my laptop. I’ve only had this a week but I’ve been pain free every time using this. It is also very easy to use. The link to the video showing how to use it for the first time was incredibly useful and demonstrated how very easy it is to use. I really cannot recommend it enough:

Item does not fit my laptop -- website information is inaccurate, and return shipping costs are prohibitive (return address is in Austria). My customer service requests were ignored.

The color is nice. The laptop fits perfectly. It came with a dust cover; that was thoughtful. The thickness of the material could be better; it would feel more lux if it had a little more weight. Right now, it feels flimsy. It collapsed while using 2x. 😔 I’m really hoping it was user error. However, the magnets don’t seem all that strong as others mentioned. The wrist support does not line up exactly with the laptop as others said; it’s a little weird. The laptop sits lower than the wrist support. Some said there’s a “pen trick”; maybe if you use a thin pen to prop underneath to fix the gap. I hate that you’d have to do something for makeshift alignment. Overall, there is room for improvement; the quality and price point don’t add up yet, but I can appreciate the overall vision this creator had. I would not purchase again unless an improved version was released.
