That being said, when an order isn't being delivered automatically following the payment confirmation, you may reach out to us directly for us to investigate the cause. Since, we are using third parties for Payment processing it may occur, while being very rare, that the payment confirmation isn't being sent to us or the funds not received. In which case, it is ideal to contact us in order to troubleshoot the situation.
I can reassure you about our business integrity and firm will to ensure that all our clients are being fully satisfied. As a matter of fact, if you were to reach out to us, we would be sure to compensate you for your setback.

Paid for a VPS. The money from the card was charged. VPS is not activated, tech support is not responding.

Upon reviewing your case, we realize that the guidance provided by our technical support team did not meet your expectations, and for this, we sincerely apologize.
Regarding your payment, our investigation indicates that the funds were actually not received on our end, as the payment was reversed to your credit card. This could be due to a cancellation initiated by you or an issue in processing by the Stripe payment gateway. It is the reason why our provisioning system didn’t go through with your order. Please note on a bank statement, returned payments are likely to be shown as 2 distinct transactions and also there could be a delay in between.
To support you moving forward, we have reached out to you in private to provide with a special accommodation. More importantly, we also remain actively at your disposal to provide any further clarifications.

I regretfully need to update my rating and remove one star due to the unsatisfactory customer service experience. It is disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and an apparent disregard for the customer's needs, particularly regarding the inability to consolidate bills into a single invoice, a standard practice for most finance departments. I hope the company can improve its customer service and demonstrate a greater commitment to addressing customer concerns in the future.
Original Review:
Melbicom has one of the fastest 10Gbps networks I have experienced. Pretty much all of the VPS locations they are offering are performing consistently around 5-8 Gbps. This is great and the prices are also very competitive.
There are two shortcomings of Melbicom, otherwise, it would have been five stars.
1) The company is based in Lithuania. As you might expect the customer service speaks very poorly English and customer service etiquette is generally lacking.
2) They tend to block port 25 on some of their VPS to prevent spam. But this isn't done consistently across all of their offerings, which is strange. We use POSTIX to connect to AWS SES to send out system health check emails to our staff. Not allowing that is not great for us. Surely there must be better ways than blocking port 25 altogether.

I bought a KVM VPS and after waiting for 3 days for it to be activated I created a ticket and they closed it without any apparent reason.
Disclaimer: I'm still waiting for it to be activated, but I doubt it will...
STAY AWAY FROM THEM PLEASE!
