1000kr for jeans that cannot be washed…
I’ve never before paid 1000kr for jeans that cannot be washed.
After one wash the label on the backside of the jeans had ruined both the pants, and another t-shirt of mine, with colored stains all over. When asking for a refund, I was met by a customer “service” that refused compensation, because, apparently, it had never happened before, and therefore they wouldn’t compensate for my damaged clothes.
My advice - STAY AWAY

Not worth 800 DKK
I take full responsibility for not reading the fine print before buying these – unfortunately, I missed the fact that the trousers cannot be machine washed.
However, I have never owned a pair of trousers before that weren't machine washable, and had I known this beforehand, I would never have bought them. In my opinion, 800 DKK is a very high price to pay for trousers that are so difficult to maintain.
It really makes me ask the question: Who would buy trousers that can only be washed by hand? For me, it completely ruins the value of the purchase.

Plet på bukser
Jeg havde bestilt et par bukser, de kom så frem hurtigt. Efterfølgende var der en lille plet på, som jeg ik ku få af selv. Helt uden diskution eller noget som helst fandt vi en helt perfekt løsning.
Jeg skrev bare over Instagram og så var alt nemt og løst.
Jeg er virkelig tilfreds med håndteringen!

Seriøst den bedste service
Skulle bruge en gave d. 30/12 og var bange for, at den ikke nåede frem. Skrev til dem på insta - de var så hurtige til at svare og gik virkelig (!!) "the extra mile" for at hjælpe mig med at få min pakke frem i tide til fødselsdagen. Super god og personlig kommunikation hele vejen igennem - særligt tak til Aleks!
Tak for hjælpen, gutter - kæmpe anbefaling herfra 💙
