After being introduced to the Keto diet by a friend I did some research and found that MCT oils are beneficial for boosting ketone production for energy. I Googled MCT oils and found Melrose Health and I am so pleased I did! Their 'Kickstart' MCT oil is exactly what I needed and I have now been using for 6 months.
