Initial delivery was great, but unfortunately the frame had been damaged during transit; I contacted the company and within 36 hours a new frame had been delivered. Absolutely no hassle, great communication. I would certainly recommend this company, great company ethos.

Ordered an 18 × 12 frame for a favourite old photo i recently had printed. Little bit anxious about whether it was going to fit properly...could not believe how PERFECTLY the print fitted the frame, almost like they were long lost twins !

Ordered a frame and paid £30 which is not exactly cheap. First time it arrived smashed to pieces. I understand that this is not the companies fault but the packaging had no "fragile" labels which you would expect on a parcel containing glass. This was rectified promptly to the companies credit (hence the 2 stars). The product they sent me in replacement however, while this time having the glass in tact, was cheap and nasty material. The frame itself wasn't joined at the corners and it wasn't even made of wood. (When I checked back on the website it did actually say this and this would be fine if the substitute material was durable) when I removed the frame from the packaging the corners were not joined and it snapped apart in my hand. Call me old fashioned but I believe my frames should be joined at all 4 corners and I should be able to lift them up without them falling apart. Disappointed as this was to frame a gift. Would not recommend. Maybe some other frames are better but the one I chose certainly was not worth the money.

Good little spot for Croydon, shout out to “Lorraine” 🥳 we had a big table and she was very attentive and friendly, don’t think we would have had the great experience without her.

I bought a frame from Memory Box and within two months it has already broken and parted at the corners. The frame is really really poor quality and very weak. Would definitely not recommend.

Originally I hadn’t received the frames ordered but I now suspect that was Evri with Christmas overload, rather than Memory box.
The frames were perfect and so reasonably priced. Very happy and woukd recommend them.

I ordered a picture frame from memory-box. After confirming the purchase they sent no further comms regarding when or how the frame would be delivered. When I eventually messaged them to find out where it was, they were slow to respond then claimed it had been delivered. It hadn’t. It still hasn’t been delivered. There was a mix up with the company they use to deliver. These things happen but if they provided a delivery date and tracking number then I would have realised sooner it had been missed. Nobody has even apologised let alone offered any compensation for the mix up. Very short, robotic responses. Really poor all round.

Frame arrived with broken glass. The frame is cheap and poor quality and does not marry up in the corners. We’ve contacted them via the form on the website and WhatsApp number for a refund and we’ve heard nothing. Judging by the other poor reviews we are not expecting a response and resolution.

Delivery a bit slow but is the Christmas period. Expensive compared to the build cost but a vast choice in various colours, well packed.

We bought this frame for a very special picture we'd just had made. Great choice. We included a mount which sets our picture off perfectly. Packing was excellent

I ordered 12 frames. When they arrived I checked the first one to make they were as ordered, but left them all in the box until my friend could fit them for me. Nearly 3 months later we are hanging the pictures and as we get to the 8th frame it was smashed to smithereens. I was devastated. I contacted MemoryBox via the WhatsApp number and explained the situation and asked if they would replace the broken frame or would I need to purchase a new frame. They came straight back and said they would replace the broken frame. I was also buying 2 more different frames and suggested they pack all 3 together. I was messaged to say they would be sent together, and when the new order was being processed.
The frames arrived within a few days. I am really grateful and super pleased with both types of frames ordered. I did thank them on WhatsApp although I have no idea who I was talking too. Definitely recommend these guys 💯
