Very quick well packaged

Lovely good quality frames, packaged up really well and they look great! Posted really quickly too, very happy!

Beautiful frame and perfect measurements. I did order a lilac frame and it came more pearly white (tiiiiiny hint of lilac if you squint), but it's still lovely. Delivery did take quite awhile (3 days after estimate of 7 days), but that may be more to do with the courier service.

Ordered 2 wooden frames and multiple photos from here. Frames are good, suitably well boxed, courier good. The photos, on the other hand - terrible. Many were printed in the wrong orientation, meaning they were heavily cropped and are rendered useless. Also, the colour on the photos seems washed out on some and overly vivid on others. Would shop here again for frames, but definitely not for photos - there are higher quality and more reliable vendors out there.

Ordered two frames. Received in good time and well packaged. However mitre joints on both frames were badly aligned. I ordered dark wooden frames so the misalignment was very obvious. A4 size frames were almost £40 each so should be better than that. Contacted company to ask how to return. They sent me a very short, unapologetic email, with their return address. I sent the items by special delivery at my own cost of £12 to ensure the items were returned safe and sound. Informed retailer of the same. They then asked when the items could be collected...! Too late by then. Over two weeks after initial contact I had to chase for the refund including cost of postage (I shouldn't have to pay to return their poor quality items). I have finally received a refund for the goods but they refuse to refund the postage because they offered to collect....clearly oblivious that their offer only came after I'd already returned (and told them). Illustrating their inefficiency. All emails from the company are unnamed, short, rude and they only reply when prompted. Shame really because I've previously left a good review. Issues happen from time to time, but this company clearly doesn't deal well with them. I won't be returning a 3rd time.

I asked for a frame for my picture 46cms x 46cms they sent me a frame of 45cms x 45cms and said your picture sits in the rebate i said but now i have lost 1cms of picture/photo all around. No refund no returns

The picture frame was cheap and poorly made for the high price.

The photo frames are lovely and arrived promptley. Not badly priced either. Will definitely shop here again.

Ordered some frames via Etsy. They arrived damaged/poor quality where the colour of the frame is chipped at the corners and the corners don’t fit together properly. On a dark navy frame the frame material underneath is very clearly visible. Upon asking for a refund I was told this is not damaged and is how the mould fits together. Clearly this is not acceptable and the company now faces the option of issuing a full refund or my card issuer processing a charge back. Steer well clear!!!!!

Still awaiting a refund on 3rd March. Reported to Citizens Advice who will report to Trading Standards. This company is not adhering to the Consumer Rights Act 2015!

I strongly recommend you have nothing to do with this company. Their service is awful (missed Christmas despite ordering in plenty of time), they send meaningless delivery updates and offer no scope for returns. I tried and just got what were probably pre-written, patronising responses. They even asked if enquirers could refrain from sending more than one email because they are awfully busy!

This is the first time I ordered from memory box so was not sure about the service. However, I got regular updates from them about the status of the order, which was reassuring. The order arrived at good time. The actual product was also stunning (an ornate gold frame), and was much better than I expected, so overall no complaints, I'm a very happy customer.

The frames arrived undamaged and are good looking. Easy to place the pictures in and ready to get hung.

Unreliable for international orders. The time they slated it would take to receive my order (3-5 days) elapsed and then doubled with no further information from Memory Box, other than that "your order was completed," i.e. shipped. No tracking information was provided. I reached out to customer service and was informed that the courier had lost my package. I requested a refund of the exact amount that I'd paid (I noted the dollars and cents that I'd been charged) and they shorted me on the refund. When I emailed asking that they refund the full amount that they had originally charged me, they told me that they'd refunded the full amount in pounds that they'd charged, and that the remainder "had been deducted in the exchange rate or something" (their words). They advised I check with my bank. I understand that the exchange rate between pounds and USD changes from day to day, but I feel that they ought to have been able to actually confirm that that was the reason they'd shorted me and were unwilling to pay me the remainder, rather than just dismissing it with an "or something." Customer service is reasonably prompt in responses, but Memory Box UK is not reliable for international shipping or for refunds.

Excellent product, very well made and good value. Well packaged and delivered quickly in spite of its being just before Christmas. Easily navigated website and good customer support as I’d initially written the address wrongly. An altogether positive experience.
