The website was easy to use. Lots of choice. When I placed my order I was kept fully informed of the progress right up until delivery. Happy with the service.

I think I have ordered about 35 frames from Memory Box. Each one fits my art perfectly and the quality is superb. Even the budget frames are excellent quality. There's such a great variety of designs and colours to suit any artwork or photograph. The customer service is brilliant. The website is absolutely perfect to use. I love that you can see the frames in 3D. I have ordered from other companies before but the prices, excellent quality and the wonderful variety of frames at Memory Box are unbeatable!

I always buy my frames from memory box. They have a great selection of ready made frames and in lots of colours. They can also custom make if you need a size not within the ready made sizes.
All of mine have been the same colour though. I have bought some without mounts but these last ones I had mounts with them and they were a nice cut .
There is usually a discount on offer. Plus if you wish you can pay a little extra to have glass in your frame. I prefer the perspective
It keeps the frame lighter when hanging on the wall.
Delivery has always been onetime and well packaged. Memory box has been brilliant for what I required and was able to get just what I needed within the ready made choices

Arrived in 3 days, lovely frame, feels very solid and looks great on the wall.

I ordered 3 small frames and paid extra for glass. They arrived poorly packaged and just plastic glazing rather than the glass I had paid for. Description also not clear as to whether they came with stand or for hanging. I emailed Memory Box as per instructions to advise I wanted to return the goods but over 10 days later and still no reply. Will not be using this company again.
After a further 2-3 weeks you reply to my comments in very poor English telling me you had been in touch when you have not except through Trust Pilot.Too bad you could not reply to my original email. Please don't bother getting in touch. I guess Trust Pilot will now take down this review, again, too bad.

I ordered two frames but only one was sent and Memory Box once I pointed this out sent out the 2nd frame pretty quickly.

You can only tell how good a business is when something goes wrong. In my case DHL repeatedly failed to deliver the parcel (not the fault of memory box). I contacted memory box by phone and was initially concerned when there was no response. But I needn't have worried, they spotted a missed call and rang me back and having tried and failed again to get DHL to make the delivery, they sent replacement frames with a more reliable courier. They phoned me a few times to tell me what was happening and very quickly the issue was resolved. The frames are lovely too, and the lady I dealt with throughout at memory box could not have been more helpful.

I ordered 6 frames to use for a presentation of Duke of Edinburgh's Awards certificates. I paid the extra for Saturday delivery and got confirmation that the frames would be delivered on the Saturday which would have been in time for the presentations the following day. The frames eventually turned up on the following Tuesday, too late for us to use on the day. Having said that, the frames are excellent and we will use Memory Box again for our frames.

First time ordering and the first frame arrived in two pieces rather than the recommended one! Thanks Hermes! Memory box sorted a replacement super fast and sent it out to me in plenty time f time for me to give as the wedding present it was intended for! Customer service was direct and got things done. Would recommend

Well priced frames, slightly confusing website but after a message to the company with a prompt reply we placed our order. First frame arrived broken which because ours was made from lightweight polcore can happen. A replacement was dispatched within days and arrived undamaged. Would recommend.

The glass was cracked on arrival. Can't be helped when it's delivered. Immediate replaced. No issue. Csnt fault there service.

bad packing, mega overpriced 65 quid including delivery (i found same frame for 26£) , frame is very loose and scratched all on back .i now have to bodge it .. . i contacted them 3 times never got a response.. i also awaited for them to reopen after holiday of 2 weeks. to order so was even more disappointed .. will go out my way to not use again .. even via amazon.. i buy alot of frames.. there loss..
