Very flimsy and not very well made. The first frame arrived broken which has been replaced but packaging was rubbish.
Bought cheaper frames from elsewhere but wanted something other than the usual colours available in shops

The first frame was broken. The glass was completely smashed and the frame broken. I sent photos of the damage and was told a new frame was in the post, weeks later I was told that frame had gone missing. Now, a third frame is in the post but we've yet to receive it!

The picture frame arrived 3 days earlier than expected which was excellent. I really like the frame as well. Well done

Very long delivery, poor quality (open gap on one corner), expensive. Impossible to contact by phone, no responses from web page or WhatsApp. Disappointed.

Unfortunately, once again I got a product that arrived damaged. It was obviously wrapped in bubble wrap and put in it's packaging damaged. It's a picture frame, the same as the last damaged one I got.
100% failure rate ...that's impressive for all the wrong reasons, and worst of all ..it was sent out damaged. What a shower of sh...

Awful. Delivery date passed, got in touch took ages to reply “sorry for delay, sending out now”. Weeks after still no product, got back in touch and no further reply except a request to “review my experience”. Asked for a refund

wrong color has been delivered. I ordered wood but most of the frame is black which you don't see on the pictures showing the wood colour. it's been 1 month + that I am trying to return the frame and customer service is being really slow with me. Keep asking questions and I am still unsure if they agree to take it back or not.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! i know theres some ''good reviews'' but please read the bad ones. so many people got stolen their money, the custom service is non-existent. how funny that they responded within an hour when i needed to change my delivery method but when i tried contacting them about my order that never appeared at my door they suddendly disappeared from this universe. after 6 months i still havent recieved my order and never will, thankfully i got refunded by my bank after multiple tries but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MEMORY BOX

Never received my product and looks like they stole my money as well. Being completely ignored by the customer service. Stay away from them those thieves!!!!!
