Ordered silver frame but arrived gold colour. Spoke to customer service ( Alexandra) not helpful. Requested return label but not provided. So I paid for returns and made the return. Still waiting for money back in my account for the return.

Exactly right for picture

The item whe it arrived was just what I wanted.
It took a while to arrive due to the first one going missing in transit. I had to chase this up. But after a couple of emails to customer services a replacement was sent and arrived swiftly which was good.

Sent twice broke twice, I used to love their frames but you send them with no packing protections there going to break. got a refund and then went Wilko.

Hopefully, next purchase won't come broken.

Item was left by courier in site of public access, I have logged it missing a month ago. Company is now ignoring emails, I have received no refund or replacement product. Extremely poor service

A really nice picture frame, well made, looks smart, arrived promptly and was well packed. Good value for money and looks far more expensive than it cost.

Item was delivered. Ignored several emails. PayPal on the case to get a refund.

Ordered picture frame. Never arrived as company lost the parcel. Memory box gave full refund but needed chasing.
So memeory box did right thing but experience poor and its down to memory box to choose parcel company. Other companies seem to get items to customers.

Order placed on 2nd June, nothing received after one week before I contacted customer service. Fault was blamed on courier and asked for replacement. Had to wait another week and half before order was finally received on 20th June - that's almost 3 weeks since order. Will likely avoid going forward.

Overall very pleased with Memory Box, but there was an issue with a small area of damage on the perspex sheet for mounting my picture. Memory Box sent a replacement perspex sheet very promptly though and I would recommend this company and their wide range of frames.

Not really happy with my photo frame. Frame seems okay in itself but it arrived with damaged hanging part and the mount was not wide enough for my picture. In fairness they replaced the back and the mount quickly and without any fuss so that was a good thing.
I was a bit shocked to find that instead of glass there is only plastic which scratches and looks grubby. The second mount sent also doesn't quite cover my picture so all in all having spent over £25 on a small frame I am left thinking it is a mistake to buy something like this on line without first seeing it.

Loved my frame. Customer service excellent. Have bought from this site a few times and would definitely recommend
