Awful ordered a champagne frame. It's gold against champagne card and whey won't return despite saying on their terms ans conditions. So stuck with two useless frames. Horrific customer service!

The frame was delivered on time and is exactly what I needed

In April I bought 20 frames from Memory Box in order to do up my office. At a cost of over £400. A builder let me down and was unable to start the work until the beginning of June so I stored the frames away, in the boxes they came in so they wouldnt get damaged. When I went to use the frames and removed them from the bubblewrap to my disappointment 2 frames were damaged beyond use. I contacted Memory Box to get these replaced or refund and they refused to do either. Poor Products - Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service - I will not be using or recommending again

The frame is perfect, it is also easy to get the picture in! I am pleased with the result and will use Memory Box in future.

Great option to order samples before buying and I was able to order bespoke sized frames which were perfect for my pictures and arrived quickly.

Fast delivery and beautiful frame

I LOVE the frames memorybox sell. I bought a collection gold, antique-looking frames and they were perfect and good quality too. However one frame was missing and 2 months later I am still yet to receive it. Their customer service is shocking - they never reply to emails or webforms, their chat agents go offline when I say ‘hello’ and they only respond to FB messenger when I pretend to be enquiring about buying something… then I get ignored again when I try to ask them for help in sending my missing order. When they finally send it, Royal Mail delivers it to the wrong place (not the fault of MBox, I know) but once again I am reliant on memory-box responding to me and logging the missing delivery with Royal Mail (I’ve had to do the same)… and guess what, I’m being ignored!! Sort it out please Memory-box, I’d happily buy lots more from you but not when you treat your customers like this.

My daughter loved the very ornate frame I bought for her birthday. It arrived in good time but unfortunately it arrived with broken glass! I contacted Memory Box and they got straight on to it and sent out a new pane of glass. Excellent customer service

I've searched high and low for the particular frames, colour and size and then came across memory box. Perfect frames exactly what I've been looking for. They look beautiful and I am so pleased with them.
