I’m very disappointed with my purchase
I’m very disappointed with my purchase. The boxers I received did not perform as advertised, which was frustrating in itself. What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service — after raising a complaint (a few months back) and an email, I received no response at all. Being completely ignored as a customer is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on both the product quality and the poor communication.

The briefs provide plenty of protection
The briefs provide plenty of protection, probably more than I need, with the resulting absorption material being bulkier than I had hoped.
Delivery took far longer than I've come to expect with other online purchases, although it was as reported to me.

Did not initially received what I believe I had ordered, the company promptly took steps to resolve the issue. The replacement product arrived today, tried them and field tested them. I am satisfied with the product and have ordered some more. It is the sort of product you have to try before you can place a bigger order.

Overall a 4 star experience.
Pros -
Comfortable. No adhesive to stick to skin or hair. Soft.
Absorbent. Holds leaks.
Stays in place, no shifting.
Cons-
Expensive. I ordered 4 pair with wash bag and an extra guard. Need 7 or 8 pair to use over a week. (I will not be wearing the same underwear multiple days.)
A little like wearing a small blanket. Some bulk, but you get used to it.
Extra absorbent pad is almost useless. Nothing to hold it in place. Falls away and bunches.
Hassle to wash and dry. Cannot wash with regular load, have to have special load. Have to air dry, not convenient.
Some odor when wearing after incontinence. Not supposed to happen.
Overall, worth using, but with limitations. I will buy again, hence the 4 star rating.

More comfortable than other brands
More comfortable than other brands, not sure about the removeable napkin part yet, seems tomove around and not stay in place where you want it to be. Don’t know if it is just me bit in a warm humid climate they seem pretty warm. See how we go.

I bought 2 pair of briefs
I bought 2 pair of briefs, followed all the instructions and they became moist in the front legs after 2 hours of wearing. I notified Menvault and told them of my problem and that I wanted a refund based on their 30 day trail with a money back guarantee. No questions asked! Well they said sense I wore the briefs I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I asked how do I know if I like the briefs if I don’t wear them first? They refused to refund my money! Do not buy these briefs! They are junk and they won’t stand behind their product!

An uplifting experience

They absorb very good
Dealing with prostate problems they absorb very good for dribbles and leaks, I went one step further and got my bladder full and relieved myself in a pair of your boxers, and they held all my urine with no leaks!! 5 star product!

The briefs are not snug enough
The briefs are not snug enough. I washed them (as Ido with all clothes), let them air dry, and found them a bit loose. I didn't think you'd take them in trade for a smaller set.
