I ordered 6 pairs of OENKO boxer briefs but picked the wrong size. They sorted it out quickly and made the whole process easy.

Husband wouldn't touch pads but was so embarrassed by leaks. Found this underwear and honestly it's changed our lives... no more using the hand dryer in restaurant bathrooms! We can finally stay out for dinner.

The Oenko Incontenence men's underwear were comfortable to wear , not bulky underneath my regular pants giving me confidence wearing them out. I had no issues with leakage. Good product!

tried one pair and immediately went back for more of these underwears. they aren't bulky at all and thank god i don't have to deal with those annoying pads anymore.

this underwear does exactly what it says on the tin. way better than messing around with meds that have scary side effects imo.

These underwears are really discreet. It doesn't bulge under my pants and it actually works for what I need.

Before you buy from them look for a satisfaction gaurantee
They either dont have one or choose not to honor it. If you send the product back you must pay the shipping and then you only get part of your money back. BAD is all I can say.

I placed an order (#22524) on 2/19/26, but have not received the item ordered. I don’t want to subscribe to a service to get information about my order.

Do not waste your money. Offers little or no protection. Purchased for after Prostate surgery. First incident hardly absorbed anything and soaked through pants. Switched to Depends same type incident no issues at all. Absorbed everything and didn't soak through.

Further to my post of yesterday, the other thing is that if you wish to return your Oenko purchase, you will need to pay the international postage, plus they will knock off 30% from the refund price. This is almost certainly illegal in England!

Also, I note that there is never any feedback/comment from Oenko to adverse posts like mine.

Oenko strikes me as being a 'con' site.

Great boxer briefs. They don't irritate my fathers skin at all which is a huge plus.

Way more well-made than other brands I've tried. The best part is they feel just like regular cloth underwear. High quality for the price.

Do not buy .they aslip down ,they leak through the seams

I order this product. It stated that it will handle up to 10 oz. When I wore it I had one round of incontinence. The underwear leaked down both legs. I tried a second pair with the same results. When I contacted the company they told me that the underwear that had come from the US had to be shipped back to China at my cost. This was contrary to the listed policy that stated they would pay for shipping if the underwear was deficient. It would have cost me more to ship it than I had paid. When I told them about their policy statement they basically ignored it and told ne that was just the way it is. I finally accepted a 40% refund (big deal). I will never use or recommend this company or their product.

Excited to receive my 3 pack order which took a number of weeks to arrive. Fit was comfortable and good. Sadly they leaked after 3 hours use. Pads normally last several hours before requiring change. I'll use them with a pad to avoid waste but have no confidence in using them alone

Got these underwear for my hubby who deals with slight leakage. He literally told me it's the best gift I've ever given him! huge relief.

Purchased wrong size replaced with next size down these are a waste of money
Fluid goes straight to the seem under you balls then just leaks out

I purchased this product in 2025. T h e product arrived. I tried them on and they immediately leaked. I contacted customer service the same day and was told to try a different size. I was then informed they wanted me to pay to ship thm back and they would deduct 30% off my refund. I'll bring contacting my bank to dispute this charge
