I still haven't received my package that I ordered two weeks ago. However, I am really excited to get the Akko key switches.

Keyboard arrived non-functional
Keyboard arrived non-functional. Reached out to customer support and they told me to follow up with Akko and communicate back if Akko was unable to help. I did. It took a week to get it through all the things Akko wanted me to go through and then when I reached back out to your company (as i was instructed to do) I was ignored for a week (I still have not received a response). Multiple emails and nobody ever responded even though I received a response quickly the very first time I contacted about the issue.
EDIT: They have since offered me a refund for the product.
EDIT2: Fixed the star rating, I had DarkReader on and it blacked out the star options so I didn't know I could change it.

Received all the products. It would have helped me if the delivered product list was attached to the shipment package. Also delivery took a little longer than my expectations. Otherwise, all good.

Great product and customer service
The product i received was amazing! I love my new keyboard, i was notified that a part to the keyboard wasn’t available and was offered to get a refund or swap it out for something else, when I contacted saying to swap it out, just a few hours later, my tracking app notified me it was in transit. I received my keyboard just a few days later.

Tried to cancel order
Tried to cancel order, got no response to two emails to customer service, and product arrived regardless of my attempts at cancelling. Two stars because the keycaps were good quality, but it took almost a week to ship (during which time I tried to cancel the order), and customer service was terrible. I got an email invitation to write this review before I got a response back from customer service…

Switches came quickly and are amazing
Switches came quickly and are amazing, had to bend the pins a bit but that’s probably due to shipping. Overall i’m happy with what i got!

Super Impressed!
I was super excited to start working on my new board and all I needed were my switches. I shopped around for awhile when I stumbled upon meow-key, where I saw some of the better pricing options; Along with the first time shopping code, I got a STEAL! I was extremely surprised to find my switches at my door step just 3 days after I'd ordered them, when initially I expected at least 10 days based on my experience with other vendors. Needless to say, I've found my new go-to place to shop for my keeb needs.
