Very bad they look much dirty now i would have washed it better at home. Don't even try their basic services

If unresponsive, delayed pick up aren't enough reasons, the person who came for pick-up never brought a weighing machine. Next, I called on the number provided and they never reverted back, later canceled my pick up without asking. There's no way to complaint or take accountability.

1991 Laundry advertises itself as specialized in luxury shoe cleaning, with promises such as repairing damage “like new” or offering 100% compensation if something goes wrong.

My actual experience was completely different.

The damage was not repaired as promised, the advertised guarantee was not honored, and the level of handling was nowhere near what I would expect from a business claiming to specialize in expensive footwear.

What made it worse was the lack of transparency. Instead of properly addressing genuine concerns, negative comments and customer experiences appear to be removed or hidden on Instagram, which makes it harder for future customers to see the full picture before trusting them with valuable items.

Marketing promises are easy to make. Real accountability is what matters when something goes wrong.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend giving them any luxury, expensive, or sentimental shoes. The risk is simply not worth it.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR MERA LAUNDRY PUNE, horrible service!!! none of my clothes looked like they’ve been washed and few clothes were returned either colour stains, these were really expensive clothes:( DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!! i weighed clothes at home and the weight was lesser than what was claimed later on. Will not recommend at all! wish there were 0 stars

They charged more than what mentioned on the website also GST part isn't mentioned anywhere. Worst experience.

One of the worst dry cleaners - highly unprofessional. They lose clothes and absolutely no sense of accountability. Have to follow up several times to get some flimsy responses. Never ever use their services unless you want to risk losing your clothes

They are scammers. They charge more than what is written on their website. Also they don't do timely pickup or timely delivery l. Worst experience. Also very unprofessional behaviour of their staff

WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE! They misplaced my clothes and the remaining ones have such a weird smell don't them. It will be better for you to not get them washed than send it to these guys

These Moferthuckers stole my H & M Shacket costing INR 2700, every time I give something to these Moferthuckers to wash there's one or other cloth is missing.

I received clothes in such a bad state will not recommend to anyone…suggest you don’t go for these fraudsters…

Firstly, they delivered the clothes to us very late & the last point. Initially the person was telling that we'll deliver it to you the next day despite of 23rd Nov being the last day of 3rd delivery day. After we received the clothes, they were packed all in one bag & seemed like not washed properly. Their service is very terrible.

This person Shreeksha has opened and closed many Laundry businesses as most of them end up with highly negative reviews. They have no proof of identity online. This laundromat absolutely ruined my clothes. They washed and tumble dried what was supposed to be dry cleaned.

The sweat stains have not gone, shown it immediately to the delivery person, Mera laundry not recommended....

Ruined all my brand new white t shirts. Came back Grey and with stain marks that can never be replaced or restored. All brand names gone to the bin. These are to replaced without question. Please never take the chance to use this service.

That was my first time bad experience in laundry. Before I have given a lot many clothes for the laundry but haven’t face this kind of issue. First of all I have lost one of my bed sheet and second of all clothes were washed dirty with also all the colour on my clothes. I have given 4.5 kg of the clothes in which most of clothes are filled with colours. Lots of my light clothes and the new clothes got spoiled. N when I complained it to the shop no problem solved. Being a laundry person they should know or they can ask if we can put this clothes together. N if it’s spoiled they are folding it with all the coloured plus dirt with blackish colour and pink colour of one of my cloth in all the clothes. Complained on aug. Till now no response and they not ready to refund also. One of the person from the department promised me that he will come n take clothes make sure it’s fine. When we call no response.

Stupid service. Gave clothes for wash and iron and there is no update, it’s been 6 days.
I somehow managed to get a text back from the customer service and he tells me that he will schedule a laundry pickup for me. I mean how casual and stupid can a service get?
I don’t have any clothes to wear and these fools are playing a game of their own.

If I ould give a 0, i would. Had given so many delicate expensive clothes for delicate wash and they RUINED IT. Color faded, one top LOST, one TORN top and caused a loss of Rs 14,000. WORST CUSTOMER CASE AND REACHED OUT TO THE FOUNDER OF THE COMPANY, NO RESPONSE. The worst laundry service ever and I hope that this company shuts down.

This is the most unprofessional company ever,it's been a week and I have yet not received my laundry back. The delivery partner is not picking my calls or responding to my texts. The customer support services is pathetic and no one is giving me an update on what's the problem and when can I get my clothes back.
The delivery guy said he will deliver but they are all fake promises. Now I have sent a mail, called, texted everywhere I could but yet no prominent feedback on what happened to my laundry.

This is the most pathetic service ever, never try this place.

meralaundry.in is a pathetic laundry service. I gave blanket for washing and got back a stinking blanket. They said they will come back and get it. Its been 3 days. No news!!
They didn’t give the bill at pick up and no bill at delivery either! Obviously, I haven’t paid.
Absolutely unprofessional!
