Don’t go near them, they sound very professional but rip off merchants!
Can’t believe I fell for it….they managed to get £215 initial investment out of me, I have been bombarded today with video calls and phone calls which I have blocked.

When you deposit money and make a profit, they tell you that you're using a robot to trade, make excuses, and never return your money. I have proof of all of this. They transfer money from your account and then claim that the broker withdrew it, contacting them directly. A lot of excuses and lies.

Finally, I opened a case with.𝙻ocke𝚁idge,𝙸ntl. They reviewed all the deposit records and intervened directly. Thanks to their work, I recovered everything I invested. The profits were fictitious, but my deposits were real, and getting them back was my only victory.

The profits are not real. If you've already fallen into this trap, report it and seek professional help immediately. They've done this to many people. Nobody should trust this broker. Don't trust or invest with this company.

Getting my funds out of MERCER turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. In the beginning, they were quick to respond whenever I wanted to add more money, but the communication completely changed once I requested a withdrawal.
My main point of contact was Dan, who repeatedly told me that someone from management would reach out and that he would personally follow up when I decided to close my account. However, neither of those things happened, and my messages were eventually left unanswered. After seeking further guidance, I submitted my case to (dаxɡυard) ӏtԁ. Their involvement helped resolve the dispute, and my initial investment was eventually recovered.
Based on what I experienced, I would strongly encourage others to do thorough research and exercise extreme caution before trusting this company with their money.

I would strongly advise others to avoid Mercenr adviser management having the same logo. I paid £250 to test their online trading service immediately they got the money all their emails correspondences disappeared, but I believe I was scammed and did not receive what was promised rather they were asking for more money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with them. Please do your own research and be cautious before sending them any money.

Professional scam outfit, invested £215. Now been locked out of account, name of advisor probably irrelevant, false name likely, persistent phone calls, and WhatsApp msgs, avoid at all costs 😑

This is a scam indeed my mum put 200 to invest and was told I don't need to put any more money to it but was then requested to put down a further £10000 to verify it all absolutely not doing that

A scam … all very professional and friendly. I was very unsure but knew Mercer as a financially regulated company. Beware this is not the same company! I invested a very small amount to test the water, all very clever with a dashboard that appears to showing good growth within days! Trouble is only in crypto currency…I tried to withdraw to a crypto currency account and the website and all contacts disappeared! They initially tried to persuade me to put ‘some’ software onto my iPad - I refused all banking info and used a credit card to initially invest and advised my credit card company to refuse any further payment requests! So glad I did!

Warning, potential scam!

My dad made a £200 deposit via PayPal. You can only make withdrawals in crypto currency.

The Legit Firm: There is a genuine, massive global financial consulting firm called Mercer (Mercer UK) which is fully authorized by the FCA for legitimate pensions and corporate investments.

This is NOT them.

2 days after his deposit, my father then fell victim to an elaborate scam that was initiated by a google meet call resulting in him losing a further £4,720. Might not be connected, but a bit of a coincidence!

Looks like others have lost hundreds of thousands, so perhaps my Dad should count himself lucky

Big scam.
I lost a tremendous amount of money.
Few things for you to check.
1- their website doesn't exist.
2- they contact you via WhatsApp. Never emails
3- they are professional scammer. Probably a dozen of people.
4- the reviews here are only from May 2026. I started to get in touch with them in April and the previous reviews I saw prior going with them were decents and older.
I have reported these people. They use phone numbers which are very close to each others, all starting by 07.
When they got you in the process. They are very persuasive and make you do things I wouldn't normally.
I have found out, very late the all scam, I was receiving emails minutes after the people on WhatsApp was telling me "you should receive an email from this platform or this governmental organisation" and I discovered too late the emails all had the same address domain @inbox-mailtext.info, for Kraken, Fastr payment and UK CHAPS).

Husband got scammed and kept it from me. Over £100'000 in debt. Said trust pilot gave good reviews. Made me way more cautious using trust pilot in future!!

I have opened a investment account with this company I can't login to my account. I can't get hold of my advisor Diana wright no can I get through to the office in London. It really looks that I have been scammed. Mr David Davies.
