Mercer Melbourne is a scam clothing retailer
Do not buy from this company. This is another Facebook Scam business. The clothing product you receive looks nothing like the pictures and is really poor quality. They (Sophie) apologise and offer you a full refund but only upon you returning the goods at your own expense. Don't waste your time sending it back in the hope of getting a refund. Update: Despite their claims, I was only offered full refund upon return at my own expense. I would think they are in breach of Australian Consumer law misrepresenting the items they are selling. If I could post the photos I would.

Thanks for sharing your experience, and I'm genuinely sorry the pieces didn't land the way you'd hoped.
For full context to anyone reading: when David reached out, my colleague Sophie offered three clear options in detail — a full return for a full refund, a partial refund processed straight back to his card with no postage cost on his end, or an exclusive replacement at well below standard cost. We don't quietly steer customers toward a return route and leave them stuck.
