From the initial phone call to the full installation and after care, I can honestly state that I could not be any happier with Mercia electrical.
The system installed is better than predicted with nearly 500KW/h of electric exported back to the grid in May alone. This pays for both my electric and gas bill, putting money back into my account whilst charging an electric car.

Brandon in sales was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the options. The installation team worked efficiently and were respectful and tidy throughout the job. We had a few post-install issues with the Tigo optimisers, but these were resolved quickly and without hassle—it's clear Mercia Electrical take pride in their aftercare too.

From start to finish, Mercia Electricals provided excellent guidance and support throughout the process. Brandon coordinated the whole installation, always willing to answer any questions/queries we had. Dean carried out a thorough survey to determine what was possible/feasible and what suited our needs.
Installation of 13 panels, Battery/Inverter and EV charger were installed on the one day expertly by Matt- electrician and Keiran- roofer and panel installer. Matt and Keiran kept us in the loop at every stage of the installation. In summary, the Mercia electricals team provided a smooth and stress free experience for us.

Mercia were quick to give us a quote and did exactly what we wanted at a competitive price - installing four integrated solar panels and an additional battery. They did the work as soon as they could, arrived when they said they would and worked hard, completing the install in one day. A single minor problem was rectified a couple of days later. Excellent company and people.

If you have any doubts about Solar, then your half way there to getting a worry free truly professional and courteous installation to a worthwhile Fox inverter and 10 Kw Battery supplied by “Soly” that finally compliments my solar power installation by these two guys Nathan & Thomas Green from Mercia Electrical .Take no notice of the high flying overly expensive “Power walls” this Fox system not only looks the part but is advanced enough with the app to keep an eye on your system with a good price thrown in for you to compare with those Rolls Royce versions that’ll promote and promise you everything and then let you down in a few years , don’t just take my word for it do as much research as I did and you’ll get the same satisfying result for a lot less money .

Very pleased with how the company have managed everything, competitive price, always been informed of when and who is coming at each stage and I can now see our solar panels working beautifully through the app and my smart meter. Definitely recommend 😊

I had received 100s of calls from solar panel companies when I started looking. I was then left with a choice between 2 local companies and one of them being Mercia. I chose Mercia for my solar panels as Brandon helped me with 1000s of my queries patiently, and even helped me choose the most efficient panels, batteries and the tariff, and he did that without thinking that I’m a confused customer and will question a lot. But honest companies like Mercia Electrical are rare to find and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I have recently had solar panels fitted to my property. This installation was carried out by Mercia Electrical, from the initial enquiry about solar power to the installation of the panels and batteries the information has been impeccable. They was no pressure by Mercia to make a purchase, they were very professional in advising us on our options and what we could achieve. The installation by there engineer's was faultless, the engineers kept us informed all the way through the installation, even advising us on changing things to get the best aesthetic for the units.

I needed a battery for my newly fitted solar panels and inverter and was given several contacts to get in touch with by Adrian Ruddy of Clever Energy Solutions, these contacts phoned me and gave me prices, some never got in touch and one gave me a price of £3250 for the work. Eventually Brandon Towner got in touch and gave me a price of £2520 for the same job. It did not take me long to make a decision. Brandon was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to talk to and I took to him immediately, finding I had to call him several times to give him information regarding my solar panels and inverter, and finding him always the likeable guy I had first spoken to. So a date was arranged for an engineer to come, but that was put off when his wife was all set to give birth. (Hope all are doing well).
So a new date was arranged and one that was one day earlier than the previous date.
So Pat Wright called and did a cracking job, and again was very professional and knowledgeable and my battery was up and running within a few hours.
A few calls back to the office and Ben Hughes helped me with the finance questions, and eventually put me on to Sarah, as I had been trying to pay my bill but the information was slightly out and my bank was going into lockdown. Sarah soon put it all right and we worked through the problem together making sure I did not press the wrong button and have it all end in disaster.
But all was fine and the payment was made and a few days later I received all my paperwork and can now get onto my energy supplier to get cheap night rate electricity for my air-source heat pump tank, and to sell my unused electricity back to the grid. Five stars on the trust pilot rating in not enough, and to say thankyou for all you have done equally not enough and would cheapen the gift. But thankyou anyway.

I would highly recommend Mercia Electrical. They fitted new EV chargers in our office car park and their service was excellent from start to finish. The whole team are friendly, helpful and professional. What really stood out was how much they cared, showing utmost respect for our property and courtesy towards our staff. Thank you so much Mercia Electrical - 100% amazing!
