What a great find Mercland is for me. I went to their salesroom and they had a number of cars I liked. Their staff were informed and helpful. I paid my deposit on the day I viewed which was Friday, organised finance through them Saturday, and had my car delivered on bank holiday Monday. Brilliant service.

Good communication from the beginning, smooth process, delivered my car on the day they said they would with all repairs completed. Loving the car!!! So far so good

We recently bought a Mercedes E250 CDi estate from Mercland. The service was very good from sales and test drive to delivery of the car as agreed. We went for a weeks holiday in the car which was a pleasure to drive and had a problem with the rear suspension. Mercland booked the car in quickly and repaired it while I waited. Very please with the car and the service, fully recommended. In reply to another review, yes the site is not the tidiest, nor is it like an upmarket Mercedes Dealership - if you want that experience, search for the nearest one and be prepared to pay for it. These folks provided me with a great car at a very good price and I can easily ignore the slightly scruffy premises.

Never bought a car online before, but Mercland were excellent from start to finish. Fantastic customer service, all the work that was needed to be done was completed to a good standard. Delivery was excellent and timely. The vehicle its self was as described and competitively prices. It came with a full service and a six month warranty.
Its a shame that I don't live closer as I would use their services to keep the car in tip top order with servicing and MOT's. Again many thanks for everything.

This is a great car dealership, the car was immaculate inside and out, the best and most important part to me was the fact the car had extremely low mileage for the year and it was at a very fair price. This is probably their strong point it's their critical selection of the very best Mercedes that are out there. They were also very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had, I can definitely recommend Mercland.

This was the first time I had bought a car sight unseen and I was not disappointed. Got a great car for a great price with service that was second to none. From start to finish the team couldn't have done more. Thanks again everyone

I bought a car online with mercland I dealt with vish great customer service he even sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in I waited around ten days for delivery as the car was being prepared the only downside was after the car was delivered the next day I had a fault with the car I did get 6 months warranty.
Which is good because when I called up I spoke to Janki to have the problem rectified the next day my car was collected and I received a courtesy car I have now received my car and it seems to be fine at the moment.

I have had many cars of MERCLAND, and they are a pleasure to deal with. You never have a problem with them, and by chance if you do, it is rectified straight away. I have had some of main dealers, and if you have a problem , then it’s an argument. 14 years we have been having car’s from them and there service has been second to none. Many Thanks Mercland.
