Excellent service

Probably the best car sales company I have ever bought a car from.
Fantastic service from start to end.
The sales, finance and service team have been excellent.
I would definitely buy a car from them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car from them.
Their cars come with a 6 month warranty which is amazing also.

I had a very positive experience buying from Mercland. I bought unseen using their delivery service, so not really the ideal way to buy a car but it went smoothly. They were very knowledgable and helpful, answered all my questions and agreed to deal with a couple of quite picky requests from me. Very customer-orientated and good to deal with. The car arrived slightly earlier than expected and it’s in good order and as described. I would also say that, for what you get, they’re good value for money.

Everything they said that they would do on their website - they did 100%. One of the very best used Mercedes garages I have ever dealt with in 47 years.
And they certainly went the extra mile to get everything right for me
