I've always bought Merrell but the quality has gone so i've switched brands. Moabs just didn't last so i switched to Vego mids. On those the fabric lace loop broke so i bought another pair....same happened again.

God service

Nice looking shoes, but both pairs I have had fell apart ( around the toe end) after a year of light use. Last pair became unwearable even for light walking due to a piece of hard plastic sticking into my heel. Great laces, I've kept them to recycle, I hated having to throw these shoes away from a green/wastage perspective. A friend had the same experience. I'll never buy another pair

Hurtig levering. Mindre end 24 timer så havde jeg varen. Produktet var ligesom det skulle værre og passede perfekt. Nemt, hurtigt og godt.

Worst customer service and company to deal with!!!

Bought a pair of Moab boots directly from company when I got the boots there was a hole in the front of the left boot, after dealing back and forth with customer service (only by email and only when they can be bothered to reply) I received instructions for sending boots back for a replacement pair

Second pair arrived even worse than the first pair, another hole and crack at front of boot!!! Still trying to get a reply from customer service but just being ignored!!! I have now contacted trading standards, these guys are the WORST to deal with!!!

Be careful before you buy, i wish I'd went to a store just to buy.

Bought some MOAB 2 for my wife, the inside heel on 1 shoe is faulty and causing a lot of pain. I have emailed your team with all of the information and someone was dealing with it, now they are just ignoring me. I need them replacing as a matter of urgency as they are still under warranty.
