Terrible customer service. paid £27 for 'express delivery', over 3 weeks on and still only part of my order has been delivered. When I tried to chase I was fobbed off and made feel like it was my fault but assured the trailer would leave their premises "end of this week". When "this week" came and went I emailed twice again for an update, both emails were ignored and couldnt get through to anyone on the phone. Still no trailer, no communications, no updates, as a result of which I will never order from this company again.

Delivery time much longer than expected. Very poor communication. Finally picked up the trailer just in time for an event. Packed the trailer and the rigging tube fell down on the motorway. Didn't reply to my email about this for a week and when I rang were extremely unfriendly. Then sent me an email telling me it was my fault that their strapping came loose on the motorway. Avoid this company at all costs. Very disappointed.

Great service and brilliant product.
I Phoned Mersey Trailers and talked with owner who was friendly, helpful and informative. Following his advice, I ordered a Delux Jockey Wheel and it arrived on time, well packaged and quickly with no problems (despite it being a bank holiday weekend). Really pleased with the product and very happy with the service.

Very poor comms and zero follow through from Mike, despite three follow up mails since when seeking spare parts for my Rapide trailer.

Not having seen the trailer boarding step i emailed to get the size and how its attached to trailer.
Never got a reply , messaged on facebook and got a "sorry" we have been to a funeral but will get back to you on the inquiry. more than one week past with no contact.
so i went to a local engineering company who were happy to make 100 side steps for our jetski club , a bit more expensive but at least we get them, £2000 loss to mersea trailers

I appreciate we've had Covid etc over the past year but communication is a one way street with this company.. I'm really not sure I could trust their integrity or need to sell to me. I think RM Trailers will be a better solution!

I had an absolutely awful experience with Mersea Trailiers, and taking to others arround the sailing club I've not been the only one.

Mersea Trailers lie on delivery dates, never get back to you; and what they did eventually produce didn't even fit the dinghy (very common national class) - so was returned.

All this over a 6 month period, which pretty much ruined my sailing season!
