Mersey Rod - Drain Unblocking, Surveying and Repairs Opiniones

It was expensive for the time it took to resolve, no camera was needed very quick jet wash, the guy wasn’t here more than half an hour over £200 .

Efficiency ,informative and overall Judt Brilliant 👍

Prompt service

Fast and efficient! Spoke with them and they were down to fix my blockage quickly. Engineer who attended was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and well priced, Sunday call out same fixed price.

Unblocked our drains and cleared up afterwards xx very nice guy who did the work

Came out promptly and efficiently cleared one drain but didn’t really look at the other. Stayed 35 minutes. For £230 we thought he could have spent longer trying to open and assess the second drain.

I called Mersey Rod out at 9am and they gave me an estimated time of 2pm, which he did arrive on time. A guy called Andy was absolutely brilliant, cleared all the drains and sent camera down to show me that the drain pipe was clear of any debris. I was quoted on the phone and was charged the same when he finished.
Well recommended 5* service

I used Mersey Rod for the first time, I have to say it was an excellent service. They came out the same day and I had a report emailed to me the next working day. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend and I personally would use again.

Super quick. Called and quoted flat price. Not the cheapest, but you know exactly what you are getting for the price.

Plumber came round within 2 hours. And within 15 minutes clogged manhole cleared.

Would highly recommend if you want to avoid stress and hassle of waiting around. These guys do a proper job fast.

Fast response and very helpful. Very friendly staff, quickly investigated the problem and solved it. Would definitely use them again.

Resolved by Dave despite it being an unusual blockage. Also given the heat that day he just continued. Nice guy polite and professional

Very quick response and done a great job, highly recommend.

Straightforward quote, set price ,same day service, punctual efficient and friendly
Job done without any fuss can’t recommend them highly enough

Great prompt service, with great advice after attending.

Had an issue with the drain.
Called Mersey Rod and they were able to get someone in asap.
Very friendly guy. Explained the issue and solved it straight away, so I was happy with the provided service.
Of course I do not hope that I have to call them again , but if I have to I definitely use Mersey Rod again.
Thanks again!

Great, swift service

The man who came to unblock the outside drains was lovely. Couldn’t fault the service at all, he explained to me what the problem was and managed to temporarily fix it. He even power washed the patio for us as well. Brilliant service, I would highly recommend Mersey Rod.

On time and dealt with issue quickly

Very responsive service. Good communication, unblocked the drains. Very professional service...

Great Service, same day call out amazing
