Mersey Rod - Drain Unblocking, Surveying and Repairs Opiniones

Came out today to unblock a drain, efficient, courteous, helpful, job done well. Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with my toilet not flushing, Merseyrod was out within 2 hours of calling them and was done within 30 minutes, showed me the problem before and showed me after of it all clear. Really happy with the results. Would definitely recommend

Great service from this company. Instructed late Friday afternoon and sorted by mid Saturday morning.
Not the cheapest call out costs but service was excellent and communication was clear.
Followed top with images of the issue which was causing the blockage.
Recommended for quick, efficient service.

Dave was excellent, he arrived and within half an hour he had unblocked the drains that had been giving us issues for a good few years and he also gave us good advice on how to prevent the problem arising again

Arrived on time, dealt with the problem, gave me a verbal report on progress and also gave me a full report on the problem found and its repairing.
Would have liked a written report.

Great service, problem with blocked drain cleared within the hour. Clear communication throughout.

All good. No issues.

Super efficient! Called at night and they came the next day! Friendly, helpful, thorough and was given tips to stop the same blockage happening again and how to sort it if it did! Communication was great through email and calls! I would very definitely recommend!

Great service, same day appointment!

Rang up and they were out the same day, quick response and problem was resolved in no time

I needed advice on sorting a drainage issue under patio area. Andy came out & gave me advice on the way forward before a new patio is laid. I have used this company before hence the reason for contacting them. I trust this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Spot on Andy came out sorted the issue short term and let me know what need to be done long term.
Highly Recommend

Contacted Mersey Rod across several platforms requesting help with a collapsed drain after reading all the good reviews on here. I've had no responses.

I have had bad experiences with other plumbing companies in the past, so I was very wary about having to call someone else out. But from the initial conversation, where I explained my issue, Mersey Rod were helpful and honest. They explained about the deposit, and what was included for that, and then what was included in the full price of the visit, so I knew what to expect when they arrived. The Plumber was a very pleasant individual who made sure to explain to me what he was doing and listened when I told him about my bathroom set up. He made sure that he not only cleared the blockage, but he got rid of everything that was blocking it to prevent further problems. He left the area clean and tidy, he even took all the debris that was blocking my pipes with him. If you have issues with your drains, I would absolutely recommend this company. Worth every penny in my opinion.

The worker was very efficient, friendly, experienced and quickly put an end to a very nasty blocked drain. I would recommend this company every time.

Superb service from Mersey Rod. I had an issue with blocked drains and manhole and they arranged an engineer to come out the very same day. One price with no hidden fees and no payment until the job was done. They even take card payments at the door. Would definitely recommend.

Great response time for call.
Next morning service on site.

Brilliant.

A great service. My drain was blocked and my back yard was flooded. 2 hours after my initial enquiry they had come and fixed the problem. Checked the pipes with a camera, all was good, job done. Fixed price, would recommend and use again.

Quick, efficient service. Arrived within two hours and sorted the blockage. Really nice man.

Absolutely great experience from beginning to end. The lovely young lady on the phone, very polite, explained everything.
The gentleman that came, was on time and rang just before he was going to arrive, very polite again, explained what the problem was and how he was going to solve it, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in full working order, left the area clean and tidy.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
