Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. My t shirts are perfect and the delivery was really fast, especially when it's travelling from abroad. The tracking of my parcel was excellent, from the moment it left Metalshop to when it arrived at my door. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤘

Lovely tshirt and 1 week delivery
Was a bit apprehensive after reading some of these reviews but decided to risk it for the tshirt I wanted. Ordered on the 30th May and didn't receive a order confirmation which was worrying, however I received an email the next day from Royal Mail to say they had received an item for me and it was in transit, including tracking info. It arrived today just over a week later. Tshirt is lovely material and fits well.

Beware! scam company not uk based
I purchased several T-shirts from metalshop.uk totalling over £300.
After purchasing, the dispatch email said it was being shipped from Czech Republic. After 6 weeks I did not receive it and emailed the company.
Andrea replied saying “you did not pay the customs fee & it is being returned to us”
I paid a delivery fee to have this delivered to me & I was not informed of any customs fee by anyone. Why would I expect to pay customs fees when ordering from a company with.uk in the name!
Total scam company pretending to be a uk based company. Will report to trading standards.

Package arrived though 4 weeks later nothing damaged all okay, and I was given tracking which I really appreciate. I just feel that the company should come clean about not being in the UK as it could be viewed as misleading to some.

Amended Review
Delivery did take a little while but T Shirt has now arrived. The image is fantastic, however the T Shirt material is quite thin. Probably OK for a lady but a man's could do with being a bit thicker.
