Quality Boots and Trousers
Ordered a pair of boots and trousers and I am very happy with my purchase both fit me perfectly and look amazing. Shipping took about 2 weeks which is fair enough since they ship everything from Czech Republic but it was definitely worth the wait. I was expecting to pay customs as well (my order was about 160£ in total) but I guess I was lucky because it just got delivered normally which I'm very happy about. They have a lot of nice pieces on their website stuff that I didn't see anywhere else or even stuff that is not produced anymore so I will definitely buy from them again and I very much recommend Metalshop!

I never received my item, I had confirmation of purchase but never had a delivery email and my item never turned up.

After I had purchased my cart which…
After I had purchased my cart which came to a total of £266, tax included, I waited for my things to come. Just yesterday I received a letter explaining that I have to pay nearly £60 in tax because the things I ordered came from a warehouse in the Czech republic. I was not informed of this, or that I'd have to pay just for my things to be delivered to my house. I feel like the company, which is UK based as far as I can tell, should have to pay for their own stock to be imported after it's bought. Correct?

Excellent service, the only company where I found this item as it's no longer being produced. I was cautious, but no need the company is great, they provide tracking number. Very nice packaging with their logo all over. Rock on!

The worst possible experience for a buyer
Ordered an item worth £35 and received after a long wait and paying £7.99 for shipping which is insanely high for a website that says co.uk . The size was off so I had to return it and again pay £3.50 for returning it. finally, after a 2-week wait, I got £6 back as a refund. they deducted 80% of the amount for customs fees..and on top kept the item. How is this fair? So many expenses from my own pocket and they also have the item to resell again. this is the worst online shopping experience and I would suggest buyers shop elsewhere and never this horrible site again.

Nothing received.
After 2 weeks I still have not received my order and have no idea when it will be coming, despite paying £7.90 for delivery. Will not be using Metalshop again.
I have had no despatch or tracking info. I have emailed and this seems to have been ignored. The date is now 15/07/23 and still nothing.

First time ordering from them, I did some reaserch first to see where the company were based as I'm In the uk, ordered a pair of boots, I was kept up to date with the tracking through the app called shop, arrived safe and sound in 2 weeks, no custom fees as I did my research for that aswell, great boots, will be ordering again, 😁

My parcelel was lost
My parcelel was lost. Seller did not want to help with investigation, also dont be fulled by domain name .uk as they are based in Czheck. So if you pay for yor delivery and choose royal mail option its a lie, the have no acces to use royal mail service. I am gethering information to sue this seller. Tottal fraud. Stay away
Added later. My parcel is still lost. Its been 6 weeks since marked as delivered. I tried everything i could. Will open a case with action fraud and ciber police, maybe they can help

£36 customs charge
Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery which was fine but then had to pay £36 customs charge on top of the £150 the item already cost me. Would not have purchased from this retailer if this had been made clear at time of purchase.

Poor quality
Shipping took ages! Made it even worst when I received it. Poor quality! Logo on the t-shirt looks cheap. Overall disappointed!!
