I love the service - fast and efficient. The only thing i'd say needs improving is the website. I find it a bit confusing and always gets something wrong.

Great bw prints
Great bw prints. Well printed no marks and well packaged.
Could have done with a detailed list to remind me of my own selections and to help with my archives. I guess it’s better for the planet though.
So maybe I’ve missed the point.
Maybe included on the envelope sticker Etc. Apart from that I’m very pleased.

Fabulous service. It was the first time I had been into Metro for over 20 years, and I was as impressed as I always used to be. Beautiful printing, done more quickly than the advertised turn around time; friendly and helpful.

Always printed to such a high quality and in a timely fashion and they are very helpful if you get stuck or need things quicker. Very good customer service. I have used them for years and always been impressed.

I have ordered some test prints of my paintings and I will defiantly order some more.
I have collected them personally and the person behind the till was kind enough to explain and show me different types of paper and prints.
Great service, and fast, I ordered on 17/09/23 and the order was ready on 19/09/23.

It would be more useful to be able to discuss paper types and quality of outcome with examples on site with subjects that are not always photographs
