Metro Pins, LLC Opiniones

Great customer service and fast response time. Product turned out perfect.

Our sales rep is AMAZING! She’s patient with all our crazy design ideas and helped us find the best price!

I searched for days looking for an affordable pin company for our team's world series pins. I came across metro pins using google. Tiffany jumped in and made sure we received exactly what we asked for. She was extremely helpful through the ordering process. I will be contacting her for all of our future orders.

Chelsea was super helpful throughout the whole process! We ordered a couple different wine charms for an upcoming event and she made everything super easy. She was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

They went above and beyond to help my daughter's vision come to life. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a trading pin.

Great company and incredibly helpful. They take their time to walk you through designs and are very receptive to changes. They were a pleasure to work with, and our pins turned out great! Would highly recommend!

**Review for Metro Pins**

We had an amazing experience working with Metro Pins for our hockey team’s pins! From the very beginning, they were patient as we went back and forth refining the design, making sure every detail matched my vision. Their flexibility was incredible, especially when we needed to place a re-order. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction—they went above and beyond to fix an error quickly and professionally. I was truly impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. Metro Pins exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend them!

The help from the design department was above and beyond. The pins turned out amazing, and the only issue was that we wanted the rubber clutch and we got metal. But, with a simple email we were able to get them replaced.

I will for sure be using Metro Pins again in the future.

While the pins were cute and the price was great, there were two things I specifically asked about that didn't meet our expectations.
1st, for our competition, we have to have the convention years on our pin. Our 2024-2025 were in a bubble and I asked several times if they would be able to be seen clearly. I was assured they would. When we got the pin, it was very hard to read the dates (so hard in fact that on our competition sheet we literally wrote on there with an arrow where the years could be found so it wouldn't be missed.)
I had also asked that the two holders in the back be placed vertically (since we wear our pins on lanyards and this would help). They came in mostly horizontal or at an angle, which doesn't help when trying to put pins on a lanyard.
Now, the customer service when creating the pins was excellent and they got back to us quickly. These are just some minor issues I would have not had to have.

Our pin had a dangling part at the bottom that was held on by chains and they kept falling off. Also, the words that were on the dangling part were gold instead of black so it blended in with the gold background and was hard to see. The main part of the pin looked great!

Metro Pins is the only place our club will order from. We work with kids in grades 4-6 and I can literally send them a kid-drawn photo and they will come back with an amazing design. They are so easy to work with. Everyone has ALWAYS been so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Tiffany was great to work with! She was patient and very helpful as we made design changes. We ordered pins for five different clubs and they all came out great.
This was our first time using Metro Pins and they exceeded our expectations!

The pins look amazing, they are great quality, and more than what I even asked for! My daughter loves them. They were so quick and so easy to work with.

I used Metro to help bring our ideas to life for the pins we designed for our baseball team to go to Cooperstown 2025! They turned out amazing! Thank you!!

The Metro Pins team is very responsive and makes the custom ordering process very easy!

Everyone loves the pins! Thank you

Metro Pins did a fantastic job of turning my artwork into a pin. The pins turned out great, and were delivered on time. I would highly recommend this company to others in need of custom pins.

Fantastic communication and great final product. I was very happy with what I received. Looking forward to using them again.

We loved Metro Pins customer service! It was so wonderful to be able to call and talk to a real person when we had questions about our order. Their production and delivery was prompt, and they did a great job of packaging the pins safely for transportation.

We ordered glow in the dark pins for Halloween, and were blown away by how brightly they glowed! We would recommend their glow in the dark pin service to anyone.
