Metro Pins, LLC Opiniones

We loved Metro Pins customer service! It was so wonderful to be able to call and talk to a real person when we had questions about our order. Their production and delivery was prompt, and they did a great job of packaging the pins safely for transportation.

We ordered glow in the dark pins for Halloween, and were blown away by how brightly they glowed! We would recommend their glow in the dark pin service to anyone.

Once again, Metro Pins has gone above and beyond to create a second round of my Intrepid Balloon Pins, which are fantastic! Great job!

I had the best experience ordering custom Croc Charms through Metro Pins! My representative, Tiffany, was so great to work with and always returned my emails in a timely manner. The charms arrived quickly and turned out even better than I imagined. I look forward to working with Tiffany and Metro Pins on future orders.

The communication was great during the whole process to get a design I liked. When I received the product I was not happy with that I received. I reached out to the person I was communicating with and she just had a rude response back and wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem. Basically just told me it’s what I ordered.

Great people to work with and the pins look great

Alli was a great help and continually worked hard to make sure my design was implemented as close to it's concept as possible

Metro Pins is super dependable and easy to work with.
We love the pins they've made for us over ten years now.

My dealing with Metro pins was excellent, with quick responses to my requests for changes to the items I was looking to purchase, until I was happy to give the go-ahead to produce the pins. I was given my delivery date well in advance of them coming, and also contacted regarding customs payment which was ok too.

The pins alone are the value and quality worthy of a 5 star review, but the personal attentiveness of personnel like Tiffany makes me want to rate them a 6 out of 5 stars!

Great fast responsive service and help throughout the whole process

I ordered pins 2 weeks prior to Nationals as a last-minute decision. I had no problem getting them delivered on time as promised by the representative. I will be doing business with them again!

Fast response. Great communication and product!

Product and Customer service were great! They responded quickly and made changes to get exactly what we wanted. Pins turned out great and were a hit with the players at PGF nationals in Huntington Beach.

Excellent experience!!! Tiffany was absolutely spectacular! She truly understands the meaning of Customer Service!!! Highly recommend!!!

(And give Tiffany a raise!)

They were so fast and my pins are fabulous.

We had a rush order and were afraid we were too late. Ali took care of everything! Our pins arrived right when promised and they looked amazing! Thank you all so very much for making our Nationals memorable.

Quick service and the pins looked great. We ordered and got them within a few weeks- prior to the estimated timeframe, which was awesome!
