Absolutely useless, customer service terrible, can’t fix a easy mistake and leave you without electric, there system is terrible cannot help you in any way if making a mistake when entering meter number wrong by 1 digit even considering you enter the adress for the meter when getting a token. Avoid!

All the staff were very helpful and the set up was made easy.
I asked quite a few questions regarding the set up and rates which they answered back straight away.

I had to deactivate my newly purchased meter due to a small mistake with buying 3 pahse instead of single phase unit.
Matthew was very helpful and kind with all the process not forgetting to mention that the process and response was very quick

Started using a meter recently, and didn't know the procedure for activating a top-up. Contacted Metro Prepaid by email, and had a response within the hour. They offered a clear and concise explanation of how to activate a token. Very impressive

If had my way i certainly wouldn't use this. The standard charge is a complete rip off. This is proper rip off Britain on bills for what youput on . I would avoid this meter if you could

David in customer service could not have been more helpful as he kindly explained to me how my metre worked, and very patiently read out the codes to me over the phone so I could enter them with his support. This is the first time I have used metroprepaid UK and I feel like I’m in good hands.

Matthew has been absolutly great, I have contacted him on numerous occasions during initial setup and with questions tenants raised and when adding new meters, is always polite, efficient and generally an asset to the company.
