Good pans but their promises are not honoured.

Their promises are worth nothing. One pan unused and returned to Prestige/Meyer group with a promise of a refund within 14 days still hasn't arrived after a month. Neither have they responded to an email follow up apart from one auto-reply promising response in 24 hours and resolution within a week. Unfortunate as the pans are really good.

Edit after receiving a reply which they later removed; It sounds like their staff are treated like their customers - badly.

Edit after further reply; I'm thanked for my patience but that doesn't help with my well overdue promised refund of about £30. "Your Prestige query has been logged #395520" so maybe you can use this to expedite it?

Final edit; after more emails I eventually received a refund many weeks after their returns & refund policy promises. I have four of their pans which are excellent and good value but this returns experience has not been good.

Do they exist?

I went to put a bad review about this company only to find that everyone had done it before me.

We have a complete set of their saucepans and frying pans.

I wrote asking a simple question. They sent a standard holding email saying "We've successfully received your email and our Meyer Group Customer Support Team is on hand to assist you. You can expect a first reply within 24 hours and a resolution within 5 days. Our working hours are: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm." After ten days I wrote a reminder. Same again. After another ten days I sent another reminder. Same response.

It is a good job they have not invested in AI.

We will not be purchasing their products again.

04/04/2026 After the reply below I have had a couple emails with them but they are now totally ignoring me again. It would appear to be part of the course.

They sent an email at noon ignoring my previous emails asking the same questions I told them I did not have answers to. Mine was a simple question that needed a simple answer.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I logged a complaint months ago because a pan I had bought, chipped after only a few months of (very careful) usage. They asked for further pictures, but they never followed up.

I left a review here, but even if they contacted me, again, they never followed up after I provided the pictures and the details they requested.

I sent another complaint last month and never heard from them.

It it by far the worst customer service I have ancounered in a long time. I am not going to purchase anything from them again.

Awful service . Care if you buy from this Group

I claimed under warranty for a 20cm saucepan ( one of a set ) which had a problem with the handle . They accepted that there was an issue and said they would replace the saucepan with an 18cm one , rather than a 20cm one . This didn’t work for us so I replied stating that and since then ( 2 months ) there has been radio silence despite several chasers .

Absolutely awful customer service and if you buy from this group , you have to question whether you have a warranty at all

I wonder why they have such poor reviews ?

No response to complaints about delivery

I have a whole set of Circulon saucepans and frying pans all under 5 years old. The non stick on one of them has peeled off so I ordered a new one thinking it was something we had done so I didn’t claim under the guarantee, but now the milk pan outer surface under the pouring lip is coming off too. The delivery process for my new pan was horrendous and it was left at a random house on the main road -after three messages to Meyer they still have not replied to me despite the automated message saying response within 24 hours

Contacted Meyer about the handle that…

Contacted Meyer about the handle that fell off a pan with Lifetime guarantee, corresponded for a while, sent pictures and since then total silence. Completely ignoring all emails now, terrible company to deal with!

A MISTAKEN ORDER FROM CIRCULON WAS REJECTED UPON DELIVERY BY AMAZON SHIPPING, THEN DUMPED BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY! SARAH AT CIRCULON WAS BRILLIANT AND IMMEDIATELY SORTED EVERYTHING OUT. SHE WAS A REAL PROFESSIONAL AND THIS EXPERIENCE HAS ENCOURAGED ME TO PURCHASE EVEN MORE CIRCULON PANS - EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY HAVE QUITE A FEW!

Customer Care Stopped Caring

I had a quite constructive dialogue with Meyer customer care over a product quality issue. Suddenly, they stopped responding. After a month of follow ups from me with zero response I sent an email directly to the CEO. He did not respond. I sent a second email to the CEO. He again did not respond. Draw your own conclusions.

I ordered a coffee machine , they sent me a tracking number that did not exist, the goods never arrived, took along time to get through to customer service they said they would refund my money in ten working days, more lies, still waiting I think I have been scammed like the other people who ordered.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service. Rang several times. First two times phone answered, then put down after about 20 seconds. Then waited 40 minutes in a queue, before line went dead again.
Sent an email. Automated response says Emails are “taking two weeks to reply to”.
Don’t bother! Buy another brand!

Worst customer service

Ordered on 27th December 2024 through Meyer Group's kitchenwarexpress on ebay uk. Having taken my money there was NO follow up, NO tracking information. Delivery was promised within 3 days. NO response from them when I asked for an update - totally ignored. DO NOT BUY from this organisation unless you are prepared to ask ebay for a refund and then wait 21 days for your money.

Took my money and did not supply goods

I’ve ordered and paid for goods early November, no tracking Nbr provided, still waiting for delivery.
The email address provided with the order responds that this is not the right address, try another address.
That response is to go back to the first email address!

The order was for children’s toys not pet products. I’m not sure where to go now as no body responds to further email.

How disgusting that you take my money and disappear. You are disgraceful.

Please do not purchase from this company. Save your money for a reputable supplier.

'Custom' Dog Face Fridge Magnet

Well I Ordered a 'Custom' Dog Face Fridge Magnet which arrived today (21/10/2024), I had to upload a photo of my dog so that they could get a true likeness in order to manufacture the item... Well apparently my dog has switched breeds from being a Staffordshire Bull Terrier to a Greyhound, she also seems to have changed colour as on the magnet the muzzle is white but on the actual dog it's black.

I had already guessed it would be a stock product that is sent as apparently custom order was packed and shipped in two days from China.

A truly terrible service, the only good thing about it was that it did make me laugh quite a lot at how bad it was for a supposed custom product.

Still no response in 4 months from their Support team on return

Returned a new/unopened cookware set in Dec.2023. Have confirmed tracking it was delivered to their warehouse a week or so later. Come January 8th 2024 I opened a support ticket for an update on the returned item/refund, nothing. Emailed support on Jan. 25th with my ticket number for an update, still no response. Emailed again Feb 26th nothing! It is now the end of April 2024 and I have not gotten a single response or update on the returned item in 4 months!

Avoid this seller they send wrong items and no return policy

I have put review of this company before ! I ordered a 36/42 dog coat from this company but received a 30 cm one ! So I emailed ‘‘this seller and asked for return address so I could return the wrong size dog coat they sent and get a right size one the seller replied they would only offer me 30% refund and to keep wrong size coat ! I refused this offer as I didn’t want coat that’s too small for my dog !after sending three emails with no reply I contacted PayPal who got a reply but just an offer of £10 which I did except as I was so fed up trying to get a proper size coat for my dog ! I am now £13 out of pocket.i will give coat I’m left with to rspca charity shop . But pleas do not buy anything item from this seller there are are avery bad company ! Edward clark
