Grandparent privilege
I appreciate with so much dishonesty in the world precautions must be taken, but as a grandmother I wanted to leave accounts for my grandchildren, however because of so many rules I cannot simply do that and felt I was treated like a criminal when even lodging money to my grandsons account. Couldn't open one for another grandson without parental consent etc. which I find a ridiculous situation - taking away a simple pleasure for a grandparent.

I dealt with Karen and I found her to be very pleasant, efficient and a very clear commuincator; taking the time to ensure that I fully understood what she was telling me. She was also very prompt in sending me an e-mail she had promised. All in all, very good service.
